It is rewarding being able to provide one to one care for patients and their families, they are very appreciative of your hard work. The staff at Maxim is has been great to work with as well and have been understanding when it comes to my availability. They are always professional and respond to emails and concerns in a timely manner.

Great management and Team, highly Productive, professional, great since of humor.
Management and team are amazing! They work hard to find assignments that are the right fit and are there for you when you need them even after hours. Management and team are available to answer questions via phone and are prompt with response emails when looking for work and through out each assignment to the end. They are always eager and happy and seem very excited to hear from you when they answer the phone and you can read it in their emails. Their follow ups are fast in getting back with you and finding out info needed. I love this place and it shows they must love their jobs. Proud current employee.

I enjoyed my time at Maxim. They were flexible with my schedule and were supportive when I was unable to come in (for good reason of course). The staff (Hey Anna!) is amazing and appreciate their employees. I have no complaints about the Greenville office and would recommend Maxim to other medical personnel.

Update: Katrina has stated to us, she was supposed to get a call back on 2/13 and she hasn’t heard anything. Today is now 2/23. Sounds real suspicious to us all. God will reveal the as he always does

It’s asinine that a daughter who only wants to care for her 72 year old dad is done dirty by the nursing agency meant to relief her of stress. Environmental concerns? Like what ? Let’s tell the facts . One she was lied to the entire month old about nurses for the weekend of the 31st of December. She has to pay someone out of pocket. Because less than 48 hours before she leaves she’s told something else . Then the allow one nurse to do what she wants. Only one nurse is stellar and it’s nothing to do with Maxim. We all have seen how DJ goes above and beyond . This woman of God already stressed enough without folks judging her and especially after she’s let so many lies go unnoticed. Have given passes left and right and it’s only been since December your company has been in her home. Well guess it’s about to be SEVERAL reviews placed on her behalf because we’ve seen and heard enough and we have her and her dads back! Shame on you all! And she’s a ex officer , she knows what she’s talking about concerning those pictures . We have her back and it’s cameras all around her apartment. Nothing goes unnoticed. So yeah you all owe her AND her father a apology! May God have mercy on you monsters

A very disorganized office with people that lack communication skills. They chose to call you at the last minute of everything and not give you a heads up at a more convenient time frame before wanting you to complete a task. They have no consideration for your own time and the value that it has.

Update 6/21/2024:They offer me a job and I tell them I'm waiting on I9 documents to be delivered in the mail and as soon as i receive them I will let them know. I'm not sure how many times you have to reiterate this and the fact that the NC DMV is having a delay in printing IDs, practically harass you, then tell me they're going in a different direction because I had not received the document yet but have receipts and ect. That the items were purchased. I would not waste your time.

I love it at maxim. The people there are spot on, no delays with getting back to your questions. They take their time on the phone with you. They really try to work around your availability. This is the longest job I've had since becoming a nurse. In 2003 and came on board 12/2010 and I can't see myself leaving at this time.

The recruiters are great but the nursing administrative staff could do a better job at taking care of their field nurses like those field nurses take care of pts in the homes. They will also tell you that you’ll make $30 an hour but really only pay you $25 or so, it’s always less than they said it would be, NEVER the other way around. Funny how that works. The dishonesty and lack of accountability is pretty disappointing. I love taking care of the kids and being respite to the families so it’s hard to accept how the company is ran, in order to work and take care of the kids.
