This was the second time I have used this service - a new massage therapist named Bo - she was fantastic. Understood what my body needed how much pressure etc. highly recommend this particular location- front of house staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great job everyone.

From the front desk to the service providers, everyone was very welcoming and personable. Arnetta’s facial was rejuvenating and relaxing. Bo’s combined deep tissue and lymphatic massage was also great. I will be returning for services in the future.

I’ve been a member for 14 years and usually see Steven, who is phenomenal. However, I recently had a prenatal massage with a new therapist, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had here and with any massage. The therapist was very spastic and awkward throughout the session, which made it so difficult to relax. She was also unprofessional, aggressively throwing the bottle of lotion on the table each time she needed more and when she got to my legs, barely covered my private area. I couldn’t even relax or enjoy the experience, and I felt extremely uncomfortable, especially given that I’m pregnant. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed at this establishment and I’m so upset I had to waste one of massages for this appointment.

I’ve never written a negative review on any establishment I’ve ever went to but I’d give this place negative 100 stars if I could. All they want is for you to sign a contract then could care less about you as long as they get your money monthly. My son being very sick in the hospital and going to be there for a while didn’t allow us to have any regular schedule every other place I belong to let us freeze our contracts until things were settled and we weren’t going to be in the city everyday for a long time. This place couldn’t care less no empathy and we had to pay. On top of the massages aren’t good and we regretted signing the contract immediately.
