Mario and Son installed our Kitchen Countertops. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Michaela was so helpful with the selection and final layout. The install crew was outstanding. Clean, prompt, very proficient and detail oriented. Following the install they did a nice job of clean up. Enjoyed having them in our home.

We went with Mario and Son, Inc. for our complex fireplace renovation last year and the results were far beyond our expectations. According to the owner, Joey Marcella, our fireplace install was one of the company’s most complex, being on an upper level over finished flooring, floor to ceiling 10 feet wide and up 17 feet high using four book-matched slabs of marble, the largest of the four weighing in at 820lbs! The install crew was top notch, on-time, courteous and true craftsmen. Joey was on-site during our install which was very much appreciated and the results were fantastic.

When it came time to invest in additional stonework for our extensive upstairs remodel this year, we entrusted Mario and Son for the project. Our primary bath renovation included a custom slab wall which involved wrapping four full slabs of highly unique quartzite from Brazil that was hand picked by Joey himself while on a business trip to Italy. Upon inspection he texted “these slabs are magnificent”. After shipping from Europe, the slabs arrived in perfect condition and truly were extraordinary.

On both of our stone projects the CAD team at Mario’s were perfectionists, efficiently laying out the best orientations with skill and precision and allowing us to be intimately involved in the process. The template crew was meticulous and professional. The manufacturing process was complex but rewarding with Joey sending the occasional video of the 5-Axis saw in action! The primary bathroom install was essentially flawless, but during the slab wall install, one of the side returns broke along a weak fissure point. Before the install, Mario’s clearly and effectively educated us about natural stone with all of the beauty but also with some of the misgivings of a natural product. With ease and skill of true master craftsmen, the install crew quickly repaired and installed the broken piece flawlessly on the spot. The broken edge put together is unnoticeable and in all practicality stronger than it was before. Meticulous hand polishing the seams on site by their master polisher elevated the already beautiful layout.

We also had help in designing and manufacture of a unique and quite custom powder room sink/counter combination. The sink was created from a single block of Carrara marble encompassing the counter and sink as a solitary spectacle of beauty. This piece(of art) was a collaboration of our initial idea, Joey’s vision and subtle guidance, the 3D design team and shop crew’s execution as well as the delicate finesse of the installers. It truly is a testament to the creativity and pursuit of perfection at Mario and Son.

In addition, we had a small guest bath remodel along with the primary bath. We bought a small vanity with a diamond pattern on the doors and wanted to duplicate that in stone but weren’t sure it could be done. Not so for the stone masters at Mario and Son. They quickly and easily scanned in 3D our vanity doors, sent the file to the dimensional saw in their shop and produced us a phenomenal wall cladding in white marble. It looks simply amazing and elevates our small guest bath to glamorous.

Working with Mario and Son, the owner’s Joey and Michael, the front and back office staff, CAD team, shop and install crew was a highlight of a long and tedious remodeling process. Their integrity, vast depth of knowledge and expertise is obvious. The attention to detail is second to none and the level of professionalism is in our opinion, unassailable. Yes, there may be cheaper options, but if you are investing in any dimensional stone project look no further than the team at Mario and Son, Inc.

My wife and I have waited years to install granite on our basement kitchen & bar. Once we made the decision, there was no other company that could come close to Mario and Son, Inc. Our sales associate Michaela was absolutely amazing. She answered every question and captured every detail all the way to installation. The team that template & install were very prompt and professional. The owners are true craftsmen of the trade and have pioneered a state of the art showroom with a world class fabrication capability (personnel and machines) which was needed for our leathered granite and 6cm thick bar top. The final product was absolutely superior. My basement bar is complete and amazing because of Mario & Son, Inc! Update. We resurfaced our old kitchen with quartz and quartzite rock. Couldn’t be happier. They did another amazing job. Kudos to their craftsmanship. Love Mario and Sons.

This place what fantastic to work with!!! I got 3 bids for my kitchen counters and not only were they very responsive, they were the cheapest. I was getting 4 week lead times from other company's and it was like pulling teeth to get the other company to respond, but Mario and sons respond to every email with in 20 mins and I never had to leave a voicemail. From start to finish they were on the ball! Thank you Michaela and team!!!!

Absolutely incredible experience!! Not only were they very professional, they cared deeply about the finished product and the end results of our waterfall island blew us away. They were able to match the veins perfectly and the seams disappeared which is incredibly difficult for white quartz. I can not recommend this team and Mario & Son more!

We had a great experience with Mario & Son on our kitchen remodel. The showroom has a good variety of looks and applications to give inspiration, the stone gallery is impressive and the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed. We visited the showroom once then worked with Caroline via phone and email as we live 120 miles from their location. She was extremely helpful from start to finish, no question or request went unanswered. I had a couple questions and ideas during the template process and Bryce helped us work through and implement into the design. The install team was professional, friendly and hard working! While our entire project is yet unfinished, we love our granite! We won't hesitate to go back to Mario and Son if the need arises.
