Slow extremely slow calls like two names an hour and I swear they don’t call in order cuz it’s people who came in way after me and got called before me ? Last hour after waiting 3 hours all the workers take a break or stop working at 4 pm to intake

So I had to go to the office on the 4th because my ebt card was skimmed again. Now it's the 13th and I still haven't received my benefits . They have a poor and weak system that obviously gets hacked alot . Instead of replacing the benefits ASAP because people relie on that money . They make u wait and suffer . While the hackers are out there enjoying your benefits . What kind of systemeis this . Shame on you . These people have no compassion . The supervisor told me we have 10 working days to days to make a decision . These idiots have to much power and no brains . I can't believe this is how they treat people . Maybe if the workers were more qualified and could speak proper English things would run properly. I'll keep everyone updated on their decision if I get my benefits.im also posting on Facebook . I want everyone to see the poor treatment u will receive at general relief and DPSS

Wait times are to long and very understaffed. How is it that the first floor sends you to the second floor just to find that there is no receptionist to help. On top of that the second floor "employees" want to send you back to the first floor. I could see they truly don't care on good service. Also it's been an hour with no receptionist and still going.

They really need to educate the staff who works in this office. They consistently play ping pong with whatever’s not an option on the dial pad “back to medi-cal” medi-cal told me it’s THIS OFFICE’S responsibility to APPLY for retro-active medi-cal I REPEAT NOT medi-cals job it’s the county offices job! I’ve waited 2 hours on hold today going on another 35 minute wait because the staff here is uneducated

This place is hell on earth.
Waiting for 2h on the street under the sun and then 3h inside and then they tell you that they can't do anything and you just go back angry.
Out of 5 desks only 1 works sometimes no one works.

I have a hard time being around a lot of ppl and we all know these places get packed right away. But I will admit these ppl move pretty fast. From the workers in the front desk to the workers in the back rooms. I've been blessed to have very friendly and understanding workers handle my case. Thank you for those that take the time to truly understand and hear out the people you are assigned to. Won't put no names out there. But I hope you never change.

It's nice to never recieve anything back from your social worker. When they told me i would get a letter about my health insurance within a month. Time went by, I've tried calling them from the morning to afternoon. No one answers. Its been 5 months already, ive decided to cancel everything, since pretty much no one was no help in this department.
I had to contact another department to contact them so i can reach these glendale folks. I got the withdrawal letter and it shows i have a different social worker, how fun. Doesn't say if i should mail it to them or give to them in person. I will go in person this one last time, afterwards, never again stepping in this department.
