I had some free time on a Saturday and they got me right in. A nice employee named Bill greeted me at the door and got my tires aligned right away. He showed me that my front brakes were down to two calipers- a very risky spot. We evaluated the back and determined they did not need it at this time. An alignment and front brakes are taken care of. I even got to speak with the owner Justin. All of the crew were great. I highly recommend using the liberty Lake Les Schwab tire center. I have always had quality service since the day they opened. Keep up the great work & quality service. Thank you.
The lobby & bathroom were very clean as well.

I highly recommend this shop! The manager, Justin provided some of the best service I have ever received from a tire store. I pulled in to the store as they were closing. I needed an emergency repair to my valve stem. Despite the fact that the store was closing, he pulled my car in and fix the valve stem while I waited. He was a real lifesaver since I was out of town and I needed to travel back to Seattle the next day.. Thank you, Les Schwab’s and Justin.

We have an older Prius. It seems like we have had to repair many worn out parts. Les Schwab liberty Lake has worked well within my budget and repairs a little at a time. Justin is great to work with. I recommend him highly. He is very good explaining the repairs to me as I seem to be picking them off one by one. Financing has been easy. He has worked with me through all repairs. Highly recommend Justin the manager.

Would NOT recommend this store EVER again.
Very disappointed with staff.
My husband and I purchased 4 brand new tires for our 06 Duramax from here in June of 2024. Spent $1,700, which we really did not want too, but was SOLD when they told us we would get free road side assistance, free tire rotation, free fix a flat, and free alignment. Even after they originally quoted us the wrong price for tires. (Told us $1200 and then came back and said oh my bad it’s actually $1,700🙄) But they told us the whole nine yards, right?! Well we went in this afternoon for an alignment and was charged $125?! We informed them we bought tires from them recently and they didn’t notice until they looked back in our account. Then proceeded to say ‘I don’t know who told you that but we don’t do that here.’
I mean the whole point we bought tires from them was because of all the perks! Left there veeeery frustrated and will never be going back!
HIGHLY recommend just driving the half mile down the road to TIRE RAMA!!

I appreciate the people at Les Schwab, went in for an alignment and they found something I had missed when I repaired a bearing on my lower control arm. Good to know my rig is road worthy.

I came in to have my truck’s brakes checked and a safety inspection done. I needed new brake pads on the front. I have an aftermarket front big brake kit on it and they were not able to service it. However, Michael and the service tech Bryce were very helpful even though I was not able to get the service done there due to the aftermarket brakes on my truck.

Cameron, Bryce, and Michael were great! Their customer service skills are top notch. I went to the store at a busy time of year (winter tire change season) and they were able to get everything handled quickly and efficient!!

Always top rate service from these folks in the Valley on Spraque. I just love how they look after their customers and always explain whats needed, what you should do to maintain your cars care and how soon things need to be done! Always appreciate the text message reminders. Life gets busy so it's always good to know these people got your back! ♥️♥️♥️
