DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I reserved and paid online. You select the time and date of delivery. On the morning it was supposed to be delivered (at 9:30am), I received a phone call that their computer mistakenly allows people to book times that others have set. He promised me delivery by 1:00pm and apologized. It never arrived by 1pm as stated. We had plans and tickets reserved for the zoo and we had to miss going. I finally received my scooter around 4:30pm.
The scooter that was delivered to me was dirty, seat torn in several places, speed control knob missing, and the battery meter did not work. (See pictures) So, basically, I could not change the speed I was going unless I used something to grab the metal piece inside. I also never knew how much time I had left on the battery since the display didn't work. This is unacceptable to rent such worn and broken equipment to paying customers.
On the day the scooter was supposed to be picked up, Saturday at 2pm, no one called or showed up. I contacted the company at 2:30pm and was told that they had my pickup for Sunday. We had an early morning flight Sunday and they told us to just leave it in our driveway and they would come and pick it up Sunday morning. This company needs better reservation software, scheduling help, and new equipment. (Based on their other poor reviews, I'm sure they will try to make an excuse for their poor service and equipment. Trust me, there were 6 witnesses that heard the conversations that occurred and saw the broken down scooter that I had delivered! They were all patiently waiting for delivery and pickup so we could do our planned activities.) Once again, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Lenox Medical Supply was on point! We needed to rent 20 wheelchairs last minute for a rally in Washington, DC and within minutes they confirmed the order. We placed the order on a Friday in the late afternoon for delivery on Monday. They came through big time and even split the delivery to two local hotels. It was also no problem to schedule pickup in a third location at the National Mall. There was a bit of confusion on our end with some missing chairs, but Lenox was patient until we located them and scheduled a second pick-up the following morning. Great customer service and equipment. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team did an amazing job. He was thorough in answering all of my questions prior to my arrival and reassuring me that all my accommodation needs would be met. Lenox delivered on their promise.
With mobility issues, renting a scooter made enjoying my trip with family possible!!!!!

Chris was amazing and he made my mother seeing her great granddaughter granddaughter graduate from Howard University much easier. The scooter was perfect. On top of that Chris made it happen in record time. Companies need more Chris' to provide excellent customer service. Lenox Medical Supplies / Scooterplus Rentals is an amazing company. My family and I took a vacation to Washington DC and scheduled a scooter from Scooterplus Rentals to be delivered the day that we arrived. Once we arrived at the hotel the scooter was already there waiting for us. The scooter was well maintained and worked perfectly for us the entire visit. We extend our vacation one extra day and scooter plus rentals had no problems extended it and picked up the scooter when we left. Scooter plus rentals was professional, friendly an extremely prompt. You cannot go wrong with this company.

We arrived in D.C. on Saturday 3/23. I found out on Monday morning that my recent knee pain was a torn meniscus! I contacted Scooterplus on Monday morning, and before Noon they had a sit down scooter delivered to my hotel! Total lifesaver while we were in town! It saved me additional wear and tear on my knee AND gave me the ability to enjoy our vacation with my family. Super easy and quick delivery! I highly recommend them. A+++
