The staff here is very welcoming and understanding of my dog with history of anxiety at vet appointments. This was our first visit at this office, I am so pleased with how well it went. Thank you to Hope & Dr Stose for being patient, kind & knowledgeable, helping my anxious boy stay healthy. My not-so anxious dog had a great time with you all too.

The vets and vet techs are 10 out of 5! Very compassionate and sweet. Absolutely, love Dr Emily. We saw her for both my cats (one died 2 weeks ago) and also just saw her today with our new puppy. I cannot say enough good things. However, the admin/receptionist I'd rate about a 1 or 2 stars. Here is why:

Today I Pulled up at 9:04 (9am appt) right in front of their glass doors. However, I have 2 kids under 2 and a brand new puppy (has to be carried as not got all vaccines yet). It takes me 4 minutes to get them all out and into the lobby. As I'm struggling to get through the door with holding a dog, pushing a stroller and watching to make sure my toddler is ok I say "I'm so sorry for being late". The receptionist told me since I was at the 10 minute mark (which it was 9:08am) I'd have to reschedule. She finally said she was doing me a huge favor by letting me still be seen. I understand they have a policy in place but I was under the 10 minutes and just a very tired mom doing her very best.

The female veterinarian that we worked with here was the best experience I’ve had at a vet so far. They were the only ones with urgent care hours open on Saturday, their rates were quite reasonable, the vet took her time and gave thoughtful and considerate advice and provided options rather than just telling us what we needed to do. Highly recommend will be bringing both of my cats here now.

I am new to the area and called them as I suspected that my dog had a UTI. They got me in right away. The staff was so kind, compassionate and helpful. They even called me the next day to check on her. Definitely making this our vet from now on.

I have been going to Legacy for 7 years. Dr. Emily is my twin Scottish Terrier's doctor, and she is exemplary. I was in this past Saturday to have their Rabies vaccination, as well as an exam and nail trimming for both. Dr. Emily was wonderful, as was Kimberly who trimmed their nails and the two girls at the front desk. However, the veterinarian assistant who came out of the back room to weigh them was anything but kind. She glared, seemed angry, never smiled, never smiled at either of my girls. In the exam room, she demanded that I go get my other dog from the car, and that if I didn't, doctor Emily would not see me, because she wants both in at the same time. I told the assistant that they both had their own appointment 20 minutes apart. She looked on the appointment and saw that this was true, but again demanded that I go get my other dog. I said I would not do that, and explained that I have never had to do that before in 7 years. She told me that since she has worked there, that that is how it is. I told her again that I have never been told that, nor was it requested of me when I booked their appointments. Then I told her I wanted to add a nail trim for both, but that I would not have it done if their nails could not be done in the room with me, since my girls were only used to going to their groomers for that. I did not want them scared. This made the assistant visibly angry as well. She took a deep breath, let out a big sigh, opened the door to get Dr. Emily, and called me a "Witch!" before closing the door behind her. I did absolutely nothing to be deserving of that, I was very kind and courteous to her, even with her anger. Dr. Emily came in, and as always, was exemplary. As was the nail technician, Kimberly. Legacy truly is the best clinic go to, especially Dr. Emily, but the assistant was beyond rude and insulting.

Dr. Emily and her assistant were amazing with my 11week old Frenchie. They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what was going on with her and what was going to need to happen going forward. I will be switching my other dogs to Legacy. Thank Emily and the team!

My dog had a spay and dental cleaning today and I am so appreciative of this office. The team was so patient with all of my concerns and helped me make an informed decision. Kamiah was so personable with me. She gave me an opportunity for questions and concerns before taking Winnie back, let me know when Winnie was done and how she did, addressed how each of my concerns were handled during her time at the office and did a fantastic job sending me home with all the instructions and confidence I need. Thank you, Legacy Animal Medical Center (especially Kamiah)! <3

The whole staff there at legacy are amazing God sent people. Our Tara Wiggles was at the end of her life when we finally found THE doctor's office for her... So many clinics just cared about pushing products making money and my dad is a low income elderly man who loved his dog so much. We all loved her. And this doctor's office loved her all the way through to the end of her life. They were by our side and sat right along with us as we went through all the changes in order to let her go. They were amazing amazing people and I would highly recommend them to anyone because they're care for our dog who had many medical complications was Superior. Thank you so much legacy you guys rock!
