Had a small Claims court 101 training, billed as a strategy session with an associate attorney here as I was the plaintiff in a small claims case. I sent all documentation as requested and the meeting was scheduled. After we started talking. . About 15 minutes in., he tells me “ oh yeah I couldn’t open any of the documentation”. So he was only able to give me general feedback and suggestions on my case strategy . What a Waste of money- I could have googled his feedback.

Update in response to reply. I can only give fair and truthful reviews of MY experience with a provider (even if albeit an anomaly it’s a truthful experience). I changed from one star to two because at least someone called to listen to hear my concerns. I’ll wing it on my case
