La verdad orible el servicio perdí mi tiempo con esas personas y nunca me arreglaron nada .... y también no regresaron mi deposito esas personas son un Fraude 😡.....

I schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to repair my dryer. At the time I was told that I needed to pay for the expected cost before they would come out. I told them that I wasn’t going to pay for a work that hadn’t been done yet and he said no problem we’ll get someone out there. I got a call 30 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house and they told me that I need to pay an obscene amount of money for the “anticipated” work that they might do before they’re willing to come out. I would never Pay for a service before it was done. Hands-down least professional company I’ve ever dealt with.

The rep that was supposed to come fix my refrigerator was never on time. I called 20 minutes after the 4 hour window I was given for them to arrive, they didn't know if they had the part they needed to do the repair. They JUST started unloading and that they'd get back with me 30 minutes later. There was zero consideration for my time with this company and I won't be back. I do not recommend Lawrence Appliance repair.

I absolutely would not recommend this company. The person that came to my home told me my locking Mechanism on my washer was out. He told me he would have to order the part from G.E. which would be another 129.00 on top of the 75.00 service call. When he left something told me to just try my washer to see if it worked and it did. The guy was here all of 5 minutes and gave me completely wrong information. I did the right thing and paid for the service call all though he was inaccurate but I canceled my credit card. I wouldn't reccomend this company at all.

I can not expalin how upsetting of an experience I have had with this company. They canceled their first appointment back in February 23rd minutes before arrival. The next appointment they completely didn't show up. The third appointment they showed up to someone else's home and they were an hour late. That first actual arrival was February 23rd when they order the clutch/ transmission whatever for my washer. They said 4-6 weeks due to the pandemic the factory has to make the part. Obviously they are waiting on a distributor to make money off the part. We are now on week seven. Today I had a window from 12-3. Once again I've left my own business only for them to not show again. A week or so ago I called them to see what's up and they started asking me for the model number so apparently they didn't order it and are very unorganized. Right now I'm on hold bc the repair man never showed up for my window again.. The lady said he will call me in ten minutes. I guarantee he will not call. I just asked the lady too if she can not see how bad of business this is and she had nothing to say. Not even an apology for sitting at my home for the 3rd time for noone to call or show up. I cant believe this. This company is a joke. My next step is reporting them to the BBB. I will be doing that this asap.

I contacted this company and was told a time frame for a person to come out and look at my ice maker . First day no show , second day no show, third day gave me a quote and needed to order a part. Was told it would be most likely right after thanks giving , flash forward at Christmas I’m calling daily asking for a update to be told that they would contact the technician… nothing . Terrible service is being kind

I didn't have service repair. However after speak with rep and explained my issue I appreciate him telling me the truth that it would cost about the same as getting something brand new and he would come any I would have to pay the service call fee

Set an appt for them to come fix my washer machine, I took off today to get it fixed they said they would be at my place between 1pm - 5pm. I’m writing this review at 6:12pm. No call No show. I’m in customer service, so I know this ain’t good business
