Used Mark in early 2023 for an uncontested divorce. Didn’t feel like he had good advice nor really advocated for me. Also felt overcharged for services as he would nickel and dime everything. Ended up being twice as expensive as my ex-wife’s lawyer and he wasn’t even the one who drew up the final documents. Would not recommend.

Please pay attention to the most recent comments - they are all one star. I had a contested divorce and Mr. Mitchell was apparently doing well by his standards to just show up to court that day. He was not prepared for trial, rolled over on everything, and did not fight for me and my children. I demanded my entire file after the proceeding was over and found that he had only a half a page of notes for an entire 4 year process. Takes your money and forgets who you are. Please use someone else.

I went with this lawyer because someone said he was good. I wish I would have kept my original attorney instead. Mark Mitchell gives terrible advice and doesn't return calls or emails. He is too timid and didn’t put up a fight. He doesn’t seem to know the law well either. He will talk a good game at first but doesn’t come through when the rubber meets the road. So sorry I decided to go with him. He will leave you hanging, questions unanswered and things unresolved.

The most worthless lawyer I've ever tried to use. Paid him 3000.00 and 3 years later asked for my money back cause he couldn't do his job. He gave me half my money back with nothing to show. Please don't use this dude!

Beware! If you're seeking representation they will gladly talk to you and take your case. After that communication stops. About half of a year after they took my case and still haven't gotten any results or any communication from their office. Responses here are very consistent with what I'm dealing with. In fact their office seems to treat me like a nuisaance and ive been very patient. It's very odd.

Mr. Mitchell was very knowledgeable of the laws regarding my case. How and where to file my case. Mark Mitchell and staff are very professional insuring all documents are were completed and filed in a timely manor. They kept good communication and updates of my case. I highly recommend the law office of Mark Mitchell for family law needs. They get the job done!
