Dr. Quesada fue muy excellente con mi lastimadura. Me atendio con mucho profesionalismo y cuidado. Me receto medicamento y una injecion para dolor. Lo mejor es que el doctor habla espanol y me pude comunicar con el facilmente. No espere mucho tiempo y habia suficiente estacionamento.

Wait is super long 2 hours kinda hurts would be nice to be in and out but I understand there are priorities. Took about 10 min for the drug test, everyone was kind it’s a good place. Pretty cool how the doctor came out to fix the tv to entertain those who were waiting.

The two girls in the front were very rude. I came in said good morning and they did not acknowledge me. I’m all about first impression and if customer service is not top tier, I will never go back.

Well, I am surprised by the negative reviews that this place received. I find the front desk staff, drug screening staff and doctors very professional and knowledgeable. They will accommodate you In a best possible ways they can. I can’t believe people are name calling and commenting that they are eating in the reviews. People need to have a little patience, Empathy and understanding. This profession can get very busy at times, you still gotta eat. I love Dr. Quesada, he’s the BEST!!! He will work WITH you, FOR you.

What a disgrace of a place!!! Just walked in to have My drug screening (You cannot make An appointment), the girl at the desk just took My ID & told me to sit down. 15mins later I checked on my process... They said You have to Wait 1-2 hours just to drop off My urine sample. This is ridiculous! When i Asked when is a better time to return? A Hairy Faced guy-Nurse Lurking in the back, with a Disturbed attitude Snaped. "We can't give You a time!" SO unnecessarily Abrupt & Rude. If You hate your job, quit loser. COMPLETELY FULL. everyone complaining how they had been waiting for hours. Don't come! Dignity on Hope street is much more efficient. Nasty staff, imagine being Rude to the patients!

Great Dr. Definitely worth the wait. I mean, it can take up to 2 hours for a new patient to be seen.
