I had to go to this place to wash blankets. Never again. It is totally outdated, nasty, and the machines barely work. My clothes was washed in 10 minutes and I can guarantee they did not come clean. The machines would take your money and there was not an attendant on duty. I will drive the distance next time and bypass this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves being that it is the only laundromat here.i should have looked at the reviews first!!

The the owner- there are 3 good size puddles of water on the floor! One isle is completely wet and slippery!! SAFETY HAZARD!! Where is the phone # to reach someone? This will be my last time here, sorry, you've lost my business. It's always something, I've lost a total of $24 over the last several months, the machines will take your money! Beware!

It’s a shame for people to have businesses and making money and using people beating people for their money and there is no service here. Washer locked up and you can’t get your clothes out of it and it is no phone number. No connection to this place and you come here to spend your money, but there’s no one to help you in need in time when your servicing their business They have no respect for others and then it also saying that The cleaners down the street I mean it’s supposed to be interest of contact but they act like they have nothing to do with it so I don’t know what the deal is with this place but I’ll tell you what I gave you a thumbs down because it has no people You know to help you out with their Jynxzi washers and dryer

Beggars can't be choosers. The business is completely unattended. The machines are old, over priced, and barely functioning. Thank goodness for the good people of Red Oak who attend this laundromat and assist their fellow neighbors with any operational issues one may be experiencing. It appears the owners couldn't be bothered.

I should have known that was the wrong place to go. The machine took the money with no way of returning it. There are no attendants and no phone number to be able call anyone. The owner knew exactly what they were doing. They don’t care about customer service or satisfaction, just collecting as much money as they can with out providing the service. I put &9.75 in a $4.00 machine and could not get my money back nor was anyone around to help.
