Amazing customer service and large variety of merchandise. I'm a tourist and was wandering around just window shopping. Saw this and went inside with my sister and was just impressed with everything. They are well organized, clean and some stores make me feel cramped and claustrophobic but this store just had everything right. Best part, my sister bought a lightstick and the associate put in batteries and ensured it was working before we left! Either great customer service or smart company protocol, the associate tested it in front of my sister so neither can dispute that the light stick wasn't working when purchased. I also like the huge display they got, it was interesting to see the different light sticks for each group.

Was excited to see some demon slayer stuff and as soon as I picked it up to get a closer look the man in the store not sure if it was the owner but he ran up and stared me down like I was going to steal it I put it back down and started looking at other things throughout the store and was followed the whole time only spent like 5 minutes it was the most belittling feeling and the girl at the register stared with her arms crossed but before even walking in there was groups of people with big back packs and large purses I didn’t see them following those people, if I could give a zero star I would store was cool but not worth the experience to be followed and stared down.

I always buy kpop merch here. In this shop I bought itzy, txt ls and many albums, I bought zb1 and aespa lightstick last night, zb1 ls was sealed because it was wrapped, I thought the aespa ls was sealed, I didn't even try to check if it was sealed the aespa lightstick because it's late and I need to go home, we also opened it at the shop itself to check if it works. when I woke up I checked the lightstick and noticed that the aespa lightstick box had tape on it, I was a bit disappointed, I always buy from your shop but the aespa lightstick you gave me was unsealed, did you just put tape to make it sealed?
