Loved my experience with Kinder Hearts and PT, Stephani. I was contacted quickly to set up appointments. Stephani was always right on time, clearly knew the technical parts of the job, and also treated me and my knee with care! I was sad when our sessions ended!

This is not the first time Kinder Hearts has helped both Ruthann and me. Erin has been with both of us, Ruthann and me in the past. This time she is responsible for me, gaining my balance and some of my strength back. Erin possesses the perfect temperament and skill for a person with this responsibility. We have enjoyed Erin being here because of that and because she’s just a really really nice person. Thanks to kinder hearts for allowing us to have her here each and every time We needed help. The nurses and PT are very nice and friendly. My physical therapist was a good therapist. He taught me how to do exercises sitting and aided with me walking.He encouraged me to work at my endurance and not over do it when I am hurting. The nurses were so helpful and encouraging to keep going and getting better.

Everyone at Kinder Hearts was amazing and all did a great job, from Amanda whom we spoke to on the phone to get the home visits set up, to everyone else we met up with.Meghan who got me registered and, came to do the first visit. The nurse and therapist with Kinder Hearts were wonderful. My therapist was very polite and always contacted me to verify appointment times. He worked to make sure I understood the different exercises and that I could confidently succeed. I highly recommend this agency and its professionals .

The nurse visits were friendly & professional. Mel my PT was excellent and answered all questions and concerns. Very good with trouble shooting! Everyone was prompt and notified me of time of visit for next day. My Total knee replacement follow up care was excellent! At 5 weeks I’m walking the block! Thank you all very much for not wearing perfume or cologne! This was most important on preventing asthma attacks and could have prolonged my recovery! Thank you again so much! Mel deserved highest regard for his care!
