If I could give Kilwins 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The s'mores ice cream is so freaking delicious. You can taste all the classic elements of s'mores in every bite. I pair it with a waffle cone for maximum happiness and satisfaction! Do yourself a favor and visit this place ❤️

I stopped at Kilwins today for some ice cream. I was greeted by Lori who provided me with outstanding customer service. Lori let me sample a few ice cream flavors I haven’t tried before. My choices were toasted coconut, chocolate chip cappuccino and apple pie I think those are my all time favorites at kilwins!!! I really enjoyed my visit at kilwins and will be back soon! I would definitely recommend stopping by at this location there are so many different options ice creams, ice cream cakes , chocolates and many other things.

Stopped by after having dinner and this was a great sweet treat spot.

They sell fudge, Carmel popcorn, Carmel candy apples and ice cream.

Staff greeted us as we walked in and asked us if we wanted to try and treats. I ended up trying the coconut caramel ice cream, it wasn’t bad too much coconut for my likening. I ended up ordering the chocolate caramel pecan, caramel candied apple and New Orleans Praline ice cream in a waffle cone. That was some good ice cream. Everything we purchased was good and the ice cream was the best treat on a hot summer evening.

Kilwins finally has a branch in Philadelphia! Great traditional ice cream with reasonable prices. They also have other things such as chocolates, fudge, truffle, cookies, marshmallows, apple candy, etc. Probably the top 2 or 3 ice cream quality in the city.

Beyond disappointed in this Kilwin’s. Lori specifically, would benefit from learning some customer service. She shared incorrect product information, pressured advance payment, and was generally belittling. Additionally, please note, that Lori shared one thing over the phone and another in-person - extremely unprofessional and concerning as to their business practices and transparency. I hope she can learn from this experience to treat others with kindness and to have a better grasp on both her flavors and what her location can/cannot do before making empty promises and wasting others’ time.

What a great pop in, amazing convo with Lori about the slight difference of “Michigan” ice cream - loved it every bit more. Amazing selection and can’t wait to go back and get the $100 chocolate bar 😬🍫

Finally! I have been passing the sign for a while without having been familiar with the franchise but what a wonderful addition to 13th St.! All sorts of amazing confessions, but ice cream too! You have to check this out. They do not disappoint. The ice cream is delicious. I will be back to try the chocolates. And Lori is so amazingly helpful.
