I’ve been under contract twice through Kham Law, and closed one of those transactions.

In my experience, Donnie seems very cold and unwelcoming - almost as if he is annoyed with me.
Never once greeted me nor offered a handshake in person. Rather than starting with “Hello” over the phone, he stayed completely silent for 15 seconds before taking a condescending tone and asking; “so what’s your question”

The attitude, the tone, the overall energy he lets off is that of someone who thinks they are better than me and my family.

If you’re the type that upholds and expects a certain standard of business practice, I would highly advise using one of the other hundreds of closing attorneys available in Georgia.

Those who think/act like they’re the smartest in the room, seldom are.
