This has been one of the least organized doctor’s office experiences I’ve had.

I visited Juno for a new patient primary care appointment - I was seen on time, but was left waiting for 30 minutes after my visit before they came in to take a blood test. My insurance was charged for the visit and tests, but I never received any visit follow-ups: no referrals (which were discussed during my visit), and no response to repeated emails and calls for over 2 months trying to find out the results of my blood test (still don’t know).

I am disappointed because Juno is convenient and I appreciated the bedside manner of the physician. I don’t know how a clinic who cannot provide any follow up information a new patient retains business. Do not recommend!

Extremely disappointed with whatever’s happening with Juno the last few months. My original appointments and care last year were wonderful, I emphatically recommended to multiple people. Then I found out my doctor left when I could no longer message or make appointments with her and googled her name and found her working elsewhere. Trying to make another appointment was nearly impossible through the website, requiring an entire virtual session to meet a new doctor before I could have my issues addressed. That appointment was rescheduled for weeks later, and then cancelled via email that didn’t even go to my proper inbox with less than 48 hours notice. When I called for information/to reschedule during normal hours no one picked up. Really devastated to be moving on but I guess I’ll find care elsewhere and mourn the time wasted.

I'm deeply disappointed in this practice, I saw two doctors at Juno (both of whom I had good experiences with) but both left the practice recently and I received no warning or notification of any kind. Both of these doctors prescribed me medicine so I was left scrambling to find new providers on very short notice. Not sure what happened but this place has definitely gone downhill.

I almost never write reviews but the >1 stars this place has currently is way off! Like others said, this place has really gone downhill. I'm not even talking about the doctors or the people in this particular BK office, who are just trying to do their best with very limited resources, but the Juno app and service overall is absolutely BS now! If you are a new patient considering Juno or have other options, run the other way!!

I've been with Juno for the last few years for my fairly low maintenance annual checkups and honestly had a great start. I even recommended my friends and family to use them. They were so convenient, and they always had great service over the phone or email. However in the last few months of 2024, not only have they been awfully disorganized in basic things like sending a link for a virtual appointment, but they've completely stopped responding to any support emails and seem to never staff their call center no matter when I try calling. Their app and online portal have also gone downhill in functionality to where I can't even click on a past appointment to see the notes and services.

My last straw was the fact that they charged my credit card for over $130 for I don't even know what - I suddenly got an invoice in my email with no details and a due date on the *same day* which is v sussy already, and I emailed them to ask for an explanation of benefits which of course they didn't reply. A week later they charge my card without permission! Am I crazy or is this is literally illegal af?! I've written them up to the consumer financial protection bureau at this point, but it feels like the company is on their last gasps and trying to scheme away as much money as they can before year end while giving no support or care for patients who have urgent medical issues or valid billing questions.

Such a shame what they did to the old pre-2024 Juno. I hope they clean up their act soon or go out of business as quickly as possible so more patients don't get ignored and scammed.

This place is absolute garbage and now I hear they’re rightfully shutting down. We finally heard back after trying to contact them many times (I even had to show up in person once because no one would answer a phone or email). Anyway, they lost my toddler’s medical records…go figure. Run while you can. Alternatively, Dr. Copenhaver was great, and Dr., if you’re reading this, kindly contact us so that we can follow you to your next office!!!

Look elsewhere.

The bedside manners of the front desk ladies & the woman who brought me into the room were AWFUL, they were SO RUDE. They talk down to you as if you’re bothering them. I love that they blame it on the *new system* for any missing paperwork & documents, additional information about the patient, wrongfully booking me for a different service, etc. Get your shit together.

I found Juno through zocdoc in 2022, and been coming here ever since. Very unfortunate that the customer service really has gone down the drain.

On the other hand, doctors are great- informative, patient, they listen! I wish I could give 5 stars to the doctors though- Dr Prater, Dr Friedland and Dr Fraser.

Looking at other reviews I suppose I dodged a bullet. Took an afternoon off work to meet with a specific primary care doctor at the Atlantic Ave location based on doctor-specific reviews on another site. Following a series of truly unavoidable issues including an unannounced road closure just before arrival that sealed the deal, I ended up getting into Juno at 2:39 for a 2:30 appt. Late, I know! But I was clearly coming from work midday and would have been happy to wait. Instead, I was admonished that my appointment had been cancelled entirely after five minutes. Standing there was humiliating and brought me back to being a kid in trouble at school! But I’m a parent and a professional business owner who took time away from both jobs to get there—albeit a few minutes late despite all best efforts—and medical offices are service providers to whom we pay lots of money. I wasted an afternoon and a ton of valuable time just traveling to and from the location. Patients spend countless hours of our lives waiting in doctors’ offices, and providers exhibiting zero reciprocal respect for patients’ time is a major red flag for other issues—as confirmed by prior patient reviews. As a working parent, I simply cannot promise to never, ever be late for an appointment—can any doctor promise me that I’ll never wait? I left without rescheduling as that experience felt awful, and I have no faith that I would receive quality care from a location that treats patients that way. Avoid.

I have gone to Juno Medical multiple times over the past several years for both annual wellness visits and other health concerns. Every time, I am always so impressed by how warm and friendly the staff and medical team are, how clean the facility is, and how quickly I am able to be seen. I have met with multiple providers over the years and each one has been incredibly supportive, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I have never felt that they were in a rush or hurry to get rid of me. I am really happy to support this clinic, especially since so many members of the team and staff are women from different backgrounds. When I moved from Harlem to Brooklyn, I was so happy I could continue to see clinicians at Juno.
