I have NEVER seen a probation office that was so disfunctional in my 39 years of life. The probationers who have probation officers here at this location I feel sorry for them all. How can these P.O. officers EXPECT so much from them when they can't even ANSWER THE PHONE OR CLEAR THEIR MAILBOX SO YOU CAN LEAVE A DAMN MESSAGE
How professional is that? It's NOT AT ALL, It's clear to me that these people are here for 1 thing only. To collect a paycheck, which is cool, but put yourself in the people's shoes who are trying to right their wrongs. Have a little compassion and help these individuals who want to do better. And, it starts with answering the phone, returning ones message, DO BETTER OR GET SOMEONE IN THERE THAT CAN/WILL DO A BETTER JOB. #rantover

If I could give zero stars I would yall say call for certain things but don’t answer the phone yall don’t try to work with peoples work schedules if we can’t work how yall expect us to pay yall!?! OH OK and the lady at the front desk either needs help or better training no way I called over 50 times literally and not one answer y’all aren’t that busy she doesn’t even do anything but print papers frl hire somebody else or tell her to answer the phone it’s ridiculous then when your at you appointments you never even hear the phone ring?

This is by far the worst probation office ever. LJ Smith should be fired from her position because they are just plain rude. If they treated people like people then they would probably be better at their job. No answers the phone anymore. They sabotage their own clients and stop sending appointment reminders but then will ostracize you for missing one even though you’re their trying to pay. Everyone in that office has a terrible attitude and should be terminated or retrained. It’s disgusting that they treat people the way they do and karma is always around so I hope they get theirs.

Rude is not the word! Once you step through those doors you are no longer a human being. Do your stuff and pay as quickly as you can because the longer you’re on probation the more of your personal time and money will be wasted smh.

In my experience, I find that it is extremely difficult to contact this company. They do not have a receptionist to answer any questions. They do not have a way to find out if you have an appointment. You're only allowed to leave a voicemail if you are in jail or in the hospital. I give them 2 stars because my probation officer, N. Fowler is pretty cool.

The fact that you can't get anyone on the phone is ridiculous. I even went down the list and just dialing any extension and still not answer. I only looked at the reivews to see if anyone else was having the problem that I am and it looks like this is a major concern. But they have a secretary to answer but she not answering. Wasting tax payers dollars. This is a huge problem and should be addressed.

Bad service never pick up the phone or never at office I called because I couldn’t come to my appointment they inform me to come into office for a new one and I’ve been going up there at least 3 time a day either they on lunch and never come back or door is lock
