Local shop under New management is now well run, fully stocked and well maintained. Definitely recommend for your local shopping. Staff are pleasant and offer good customer service with a pleasant smile.

One rude staff member ( blonde girl) always on her mobile while waiting at check out and never offers any bags to carry what you have just purchased. Unlike the rest of staff always happy to help and polite

All staff are really friendly aside from 1 female with long blonde hair and glasses. ive bought many items in the past sometimes too many to carry without the aid of carrier bag. and each time the same shop assistant watches me struggle with my paid for items and not 1 time has she ever asked me if i would like a carrier bag. she stands and watches me struggle. putting things into my pockets and up my jumper as I exit. Yes I know I could always ask her for a carrier bag, but you would think that out of the respect and common sense she would ask me if I would like a carrier bag. but no she stands there watching or is too busy texting on her phone, to ask me now to me thats dam rite rude. I would like to mention that every other staff there have always asked me if I require a bag without fail so come on girl get your act together I know im not the only person she does this too either so disrespectful

Most staff are friendly and helpful, except an older woman who on several occasions has been very rude and dismissive. On one occasion she messed up the cash back and charged me the fee twice, if I see her at the counter I tend to walk straight back out and go else where.

called in jr last night 22/02/21 and was served by a very helpful pleasant and courteous young lady with long blond hair and glasses who was only too willing to come out from behind the counter and point me towards the things I wanted to buy and in a shop like this with so much stock i needed help i will definitely be using this shop again thank you
