Dr. Rosen is a fantastic PCP - he has great bedside manner, listens well, is very knowledgable, and always ensures you have next steps/reassurance for your current issues and what you need to do to move forward. It’s hard to put into words how relieved my wife and I are to have found Dr. Rosen. As patients with complicated health problems (long covid), it’s a struggle to be believed sometimes. Our very first appointment with Dr. Rosen was just yesterday, and already I know he’ll be our primary care physician for many years to come. He took care to understand our prior history, to pick up the mystery where our previous provider had left off. I’m a highly empathetic person, and I felt completely confident that Dr. Rosen was understanding our pain and fear about being this sick, and was quickly taking steps to help us get answers and feel better. He was so kind and understanding, and welcomed questions. I will be recommending him to my friends in both the Long Covid community and the queer community. (I copied this review from a survey about this appointment; I just don’t have the energy to retype it but I do want folks to know how much we love our new GP!!)

Came in for an annual visit as a new patient. Had blood drawn and they let my blood sit over the weekend and it didn’t make it to the lab. I had to come in again to draw blood. Because of this I’ve had to deal with this blood draw being billed differently. Also, I’m being charged for my annual visit for bringing something up that I already had gone to a specialist for. Don’t come here!

It takes a lot for me to have to write a bad review. This office came highly recommended from a friend for our little baby so I was surprised when we were treated so poorly by the staff. The office takes a long time to follow up with any phone calls and their messaging system on my chart didn’t work. My son has severe torticollis and his physical therapist called for weeks without any response. I finally got in for an appointment to get a bunch of referrals and showed up 10 minutes late and they turned me away according to a 10 minute policy. I understand policies but the way that it was delivered and how I was treated was with disrespect and no empathy. I stood in their office crying as a new mom and they did nothing to try to help me. We will not be going back.
