Ya es mi tercera vez aquí. Buen servicio

Had the headlights restored and the technician didn't thoroughly sand the driver's side headlight and did not sand the passenger's headlight at all before spraying the epoxy. The headlights were so cloudy I didn't feel they would light well at night and were unsafe. Epoxy also got on the windshield and won't come off. The technician refused to fix the headlights even after 3 days stating the headlights needed to cure 5 days. The manufacture recommends 3-4 hours. Another Jiffy Lube technician recommended just 2 days to cure.

Got to the shop, I got welcome immediately, got a couple of questions ask, and I got offer different oil selections as well offer other services like wipers and engine flush. Am exited that they explained why the flush was important cause I saw that I needed this and did not know how to ask. Thank you Sue, Nate Wayne and DC for the quality and quick service.

I just went in for a quick oil change for my 2010 ford explorer, ans I had such a great experience . I had many questions, which the dream team consisting of Charles, Brandon, the lovely and incredibly talented sue(love seeing a girl kicking butt in a traditional male dominated industry 🩷), Chuu, and last but not least Nate answered all my questions . They even helped suggest some items like the fuel jull (jewel?) to help maintain the conditioning of the oil. Thanks for the great suggestion, and all without being pushy, really they were just looking out for the longevity of the other services they had provided, which I appreciated so very much. In addition to that, they got me in super quickly , and were so incredibly professional. You can tell when a team really works well together, and for sure they do, and seem to really like each others company. I seriously recommend going here to anyone with a vehicle!!! THANKS TO SUCH A GREAT TEAM FOR MAKING MY SERVICE APPOINTMENT GREAT, AND PUTTING A SMILE ON MY FACE!!🩷 you guys ROCK!!! Thanks so much .

I recently had an oil change and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, quickly guiding me through the process.

The technician took the time to explain the oil change process and recommended the right type of oil for my car.

Typical fast Jiffy Lube service. I think they are a bit higher than other local service providers. They didn't take the national $25 coupon (full synthetic) and promised me $10 off. Lol. I didn't get that either. Fluids topped off although I never saw them check tire pressure. Next time I may wait until I get to "the mainland" for my service. Friendly service. A bit outdated.

Good fast service. Though the price is definitely higher than other places, they are able to get you in and out in no time. For me, I'm willing to pay a bit more for faster service.

They also did a good job keeping me and their staff safe during covid-19 with a contactless service and allowing me to fully stay in the car.

I came to jiffy lube for an oil change. On the island, every business is short staffed, including this one. Although I had to wait, the manager was accommodating and attentive. The general manager, Josh, went out of his way offering to allow us to wait in the office or have a bottle of water. The service was great. The attitudes were great. Although, being short staffed, it was relatively seamless. It made the wait worthwhile. Thank you for caring so much!!
