My family and I have been working with Daniel Kim at JH & Associates for the past year, and could not have had a better experience. Our previous tax professional of 10+ years had royally messed up our taxes, and Daniel did what he could to remedy the situation. His customer service is unparalleled and he does a great job of reviewing and explaining everything in an easy to digest way. I highly recommend using them for your accounting needs. My accountant, Daniel has advised us on financial decisions on many occasions and is very knowledgable in both business and personal accounting and finance. Called the first time, was told to call at 2. Called at 2, was hung up on, twice. Even if you couldn't take me on as a client, you don't hang up on people you explicitly told to call back. Clearly they not only lack manners, but basic communication skills.
