Don’t waste your money! They tell you one thing up front but don’t do what they say. His sister is his sectary they never answer the phone, nor emails, nor if you leave a message. If you catch them you have to go there, You never know when they will be in the office. I can understand the lawyer not being there but you would think someone would be there to answer the phone and talk to people. It’s not just me I have heard others say the same thing, he told me to call and remind him if the court date! I thought it should be the other way around, but I did call him since he had my money 2 months in advance. At court he told me all wrong he said I was making a quilty deal of 365. When I got before the judge he said 653.00. I’m like wow! What if I had not been prepare and not brought enough. He could had talked to DA before court and negotiated and I would had known exactly what was going to happen he kept claiming he would until he got my money then he said because if the election he couldn’t. What in the world does election have to do with your job!! So I would suggest pay a little more and get a decent lawyer. He is to busy following Trump to do his job. And they need someone that will be at the office are even at home to answer the phone are just at least return your phone call. I call one day they never answer I went up there they were all sitting around eating, so they were there they just ignore the call. And the phone was ringing while I was there they just sit there and let it ring.So if you need a lawyer one you can depend on Mr Craig is not who you need. I mean he can’t even get 653.00 fine right told me it was gone be 365 and had it wrote on paper! I was fooled when I was standing before the judge, if course I should had spoke up but I didn’t because it would not had matter. He just couldn’t get something that simple right. I could had handle it better and came out just as good.

In my experience with Jared Craig, I do not recommend his professional services. After receiving payment for my case, I feel my case was handled with negligence , lack of respect , poor communication and accountability. Jared Craig failed to communicated details and updates regarding my case. Numerous times I was unable to contact him. It was not until the presence in court that I was made aware and knowledgeable regarding the details of my case. Being innocent and not knowing if my lawyer was knowledgeable or compassionate leads me to this review. I would like to save others from this experience. I do not recommend Jared Craig due to the details I have mentioned above.

This has been the best experience I have had with an attorney. My husband was involved in accident which was not his fault but the officer gave my husband the ticket. Jared represented my husband and got the ticket dismissed. We were surprise to get this type of service being that we were using our MetLife plan that we have through our insurance. He has a very warm and caring personality. With everything that is going on, it was nice to have an attorney that actually listens and wants to help.

Simply stated, Jared and his staff were extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Attorney Craig represented me in a very unusual civil case involving TSA and the federal government. Faced with a short response window, he quickly set a meeting to review the facts, drafted and submitted comprehensive response on the spot, and kept me informed of the status of the case regularly. I have known Jared for several years now and I have had to utilize his services on multiple occasions. I was involved in a multi year very complex divorce. Mr. Craig represented me during this nasty divorce. I found him to be knowledgeable, interested, and caring. He was always available to me during this entire divorce. The divorce has been final for a year and a half and he is still helping me tie up some loose ends.
