They were excellent. They delivered and set up the bouncy house fast. Then they came back to pick it up it they cleaned the bouncy house and took it away. This is the second time I have used them i believe. Never had any issues. Plan on using them again, also I even recommend them to other people as well!

We had a wonderful experience with J & J Bounce house party rentals. They arrived on time, set up was quick, the bounce house was very clean and in excellent condition. It was exactly as described on the website, it was appropriate for 3-9 year olds. We had 3 & 4 year olds and they had a wonderful time. The splash pool they landed in was big enough for an adult to be in the pool when the little ones came down the slide.
I was given specific instructions of what to do should there be a storm or rain while it was inflated and how to deflate it if needed.
Overall the customer service and detail with which they deliver, set up and instruct you on for safety of those enjoying the bounce house or water slide is commendable. It’s obvious how committed they are to being a reputable, respected and a safe provider of things that make the party fun! Don’t hesitate to call or text them, they are very responsive. They did a fantastic job at setting up the bouncy house at a very fair price. My 5 year olds birthday party was a blast. They were very easy to get in contact with and were punctual. Would definitely use them again.

Best bounce house company! We called around 9:00 am to see if they had any available and had one delivered a couple hours later. Kids had a blast!

Great experience! Great pricing and communication was excellent from the first inquiry up to the day of delivery. Since our party was late in the day, they retrieved the bounce house the next morning which was super nice and our kids enjoyed having a little extra time with it! The bounce house was clean and in excellent condition. We will use J&J in the future for sure!

JJ’s bounce house was a last-minute idea for my daughter sweet 16 I rented from JJ bounce house before the owner is also professional and always on time. His equipment is very clean and the kids always enjoy it and have a blast. I would definitely recommend running from JJ’s
