If you are ever a defendant in a custody case with Chase Wilson and your Judge is Phillip T. Raymond in Bibb county watch the docket closely, be sure to pay close attention to the court docket for your court notifications and any and all documents that come forth regarding your case.
I was a defendant in a custody case in Bibb county in 2022. Chase Wilson submitted false documentation, lied to the courts, and did not send me a notification for the court date on my case.
I lost custody of my son to his narcissistic father and stepmother in Tennessee. The courts listed me as a “no show”. Chase Wilson swore under oath that he sent a summons to court via letter and/or email but he never sent a notification either way. He conspired, along with Judge Phillip T. Raymond, the family court judge in Bibb county, to silence me and therefore won the case against me.
They sold my son down the road for over $800 a month in child support and over $10,000 in legal fees. All because I won a previous case against Chase in Judge Phillip’s courtroom, pro-bono.
They continued the case at right about 6 months later, without notifying me and transferred custody of my son, without even considering his best interest. It is my belief that judge Raymond and Chase Wilson conspired against me and would not allow me a re-trial date to prove that his father is unfit.and harassed me the entire time and is now non-compliant with custody. I will never forget what they did and I will not stop fighting for Justice for my son. Chase Wilson and Judge Raymond denied me of my rights to a fair trial and silenced me so that I was not allowed to tell about the harassment that I had endured from the plaintiff. They stripped me of my income, by taking 1/2 of my yearly salary as a teacher of 20 years, so that I would not be able to defend myself in the courts against them. But I will never give up.
Chase Wilson is a shrewd, ruthless attorney that doesn’t fight fair. If you want an attorney that has morals, integrity, honesty, and practices empathy, that he is not. He is a dead soul and apparently he has friends in the courtroom that support and help him maintain a win, the best he knows how-by playing dirty.I gave him one star because I had to rate him something to be able to write this post.
