I was just there this morning with a nail in my right rear tire. The tech came out and said the nail didn’t puncture. So, the lady at the front desk said I’ll charge a couple bucks for the time. When it was time to pay I noticed it was $32.72 which I think is excessive. She said she gave me $10 off which meant that I should’ve paid $42. The other person at the front desk who I think is the owner said because of the time it was fair. We were there for 15 minutes. The lady went from being sweet at the beginning to having an attitude and tone when I said it should be less. I understand that time cost money and I’m happy to pay for it. But, maybe I was deceive when she said a couple of bucks. I don’t know maybe i was expecting a $25 charge. Think that seems fair. Some time ago I took my husband’s car there for an oil change. Everything with the oil change was good. However, they changed one of the air filters without my approval. I paid for it and left. I stopped going there for a while until today. My daughter takes her car there so she was the one who told me to try them again. But, after today I don’t think I will and neither will she.

I had them road force balance my 35 inch tires on my jeep and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had a vibration before hand and you know big tires are hard to keep balanced. They fixed my issue while on vacation. These guys are very good at what they do!

My family came down to Hilton Head for two weeks of vacation. One of our tires had a slow leak. The team at Island Tire and Automotive had us in and out in 20 minutes, and the price was very reasonable!!!

I was visiting Sea Pines Plantation from Florida and my TPMS light came on right before my return drive home. Luckily I found Island Tire online and arrived at 8:00 AM today for assistance. The lady at the counter was so kind and advised me to pull up to pump 2 to have their tech check the tire pressure and add air as needed. He did so and advised me to drive my car for 15-20 minutes afterwards to see if that cured the problem and the car would reset the system. Unfortunately, it did not so they put my car on the rack and determined that it would need one or more new tire sensors but it would be safe to drive the car home and have my local mechanic make the necessary repairs. I was so appreciative of the quick diagnosis so I could drive home safely. Thank you for your kindness today because I am a senior widow and was quite nervous about driving home solo with a problematic car. Thank you so much.

Patrick, Darrell and the crew had, what would be a 2-3 day turnaround time on my repair done in less than 24 hours! Reasonable price courteous some 'extras' thrown in. Really needed vehicle operating SOON. They got it done!!!

Patrick went above and beyond to confirm a faulty Tire Pressure Monitor on my 2017 Lincoln so I could bring it by the following day to be replaced. Jennifer checked me in the next morning and by 2 PM my TPM was replaced and my AC flushed and recharged. They make a great team and the service was outstanding.

With only 2 days of vacation left, our car began running roughly in the evening. We took it in at 8 am Friday morning, concerned because they were closing early for Veterans Day and are not open Saturdays. Our car was ready around noon on Friday. We walked back to pick it up. What great service! Thank you!
