I had to ship my wedding flowers right before Christmas - I originally dropped them off at a Walgreens on the island and FedEx never came and picked them up. I went back to Walgreens and took my flowers to Island Pack & Ship and told them the situation. The manager and lady behind the counter were SO HELPFUL! They assured me my flowers would be picked up that day and even called the FedEx Express driver while I was there assuring he would come get them. They were amazing and did everything they could to help me. I would 10000% ship there from now on anytime I need to ship on the island

Lost a much needed packing receipt. I didn’t even remember if I shipped it UPS or FedEx. I called Island P&S. The lady at the desk did amazing detective work and found everything I needed to complete a return I made days earlier. They will always have my business!

Sheila is the best!!! Helpful, personable, great energy. Cutest place, what a wonderful surprise to walk into that place to ship my FedEx package to find it’s A mini Italian store, olive oil’s, foods Christmas cakes, jewelry very very fun!!!!

Same as the reviewer below - came in with two golf bags to ship, prepaid label and all, and was immediately told with gnarl and attitude by the front desk associate that it was $15 to ship them back. When asked, rightfully so, politely, what this charge was - another woman screaming behind a wall in the back said "that is just what we charge", and I was not given an answer nor explanation.

Knowing this is a small business, perhaps if an explanation, as well as some friendly customer service and interaction was given, I may have been inclined to do business with them - but quickly left, and I hope you do too! Not recommended!
