First experience here approximately a month ago was great. In and out quickly, the technician that did my fingerprints Shawn Michael was kind, quick, and professional.

Second experience, today, was subpar. The 3 people in the office were in a meeting when I arrived. Leigh stated it would be about 5 minutes or so. A half hour later, I asked if we could be seen as another person and I have been waiting a half hour. About 5-10 minutes later, they ended their meeting. Leigh was very apologetic and kind. Steve, not so much. He was rude and aggressive about how they respect anyone who comes in late for their appointment, that Identigo schedules the appointments, not them. 15 minutes after that, I was called to do mine. Shawn Michael was yet again quick and efficient.

People should chill out on the reviews and understand the process. Sean Michael helped me in which I came early for my fingerprints due to so many things I need to do for my employment. I had maybe a 10 minute wait but like I said I was early just needing it done, it was a quick process and my time in there was about 20 min at max. Understand that every place is understaffed, needing workers and me who has just left a doctors office as a CMA I understand the appointment times and crucial timing to be either on time or early. For all that gave bad reviews did you come in late to your appt? Also do you understand that technology isn’t always working like you want it to? I get the frustration but I also understand the process of getting things done. Had a very pleasant and quick experience☺️ he was very nice and quick!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FINGERPRINTING. Unprofessional business practices and poor customer relations. I attempted to get my fingerprinting done on 3 separate SCHEDULED attempts over the past 2 weeks. All 3 times, I was met with a sign on the door, claiming technical issues, yet I never received a call to inform me of the cancellation. Don't even schedule in hopes that you can call beforehand to confirm your appointment, as there is no number directly for them. An employee over at Apple Screening says this is common practice for them. Don't waste your time, don't give them your money. Let this place close.

Very childish operation! They make their website very user-friendly and easy to book appointments but then when you arrive, the numbskull isn't even there to do your fingerprinting. They don't have any telephone numbers to talk to anyone and cancel appointments with no forewarning and leave it up to the medical professionals who they share their office space with to answer for their unprofessional behavior.

Don’t bother trying to get fingerprints done here. I called a couple of hours before my scheduled appointment (previous locations cancelled on me with no notification) and was told that “we’re not doing fingerprints today, come tomorrow sometime between 9am-noon.” So I was not even notified of a cancellation, once again. I tried to call the next day between the hours they told me and they wouldn’t answer the phone. They appeared to be closed. Waste of time and very unprofessional and disorganized.

Sean was great in getting our fingerprints and paperwork done quickly and efficiently and made the experience very easy. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you ever need finger printing done.

It’s easy to book appointments through their website but they are known to cancel appointments with no prior warning while you’re waiting in the lobby because their “tech” didn’t feel like coming in to work. They share office space with another healthcare organization who has to fend for answering Identogo staff members’ actions.

My experience at Independent Evaluation Services LLC was amazing. The price point was more than fair for my services, and Not only were they respectful of my time. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make my experience working with them enjoyable. I highly recommend doing business with them five stars!!!
