Truck drivers - NJ Turnpike(N) to ex 9= R18(S)… go approx 5.0 miles - at Main st ex turn left onto Main st … (Main st changes into Bordentown ave)..go approx 1.8 miles - turn left = Jernee Mill rd… 0.3 miles .. turn right at North Gate entrance…checkin at door 101… dock=104.. very tight backing area…limited overnight parking available…

The staffs are accommodating. They attend to you on time without any delay . There is an improvement in terms of the warehouse arrangement than what it use to be . Air shipment delivery time has improvement for better too .

Since the original owner passed (May his soul RIP) the people managing the business have been very lackadaisically and customer service has been very poor. I sent a package to them back in August 2022 to be sent to Nigeria, this package contained very important things, but guess what, they misplaced it and the manager Chinelo told us she will investigate the issue and give us a refund if they can’t find it. I have been very patient and given them enough chance and even sent invoice for half the item that were in the package but up till this moment they never respond to email, they never gave us a refund. If you want to use them just prepare your mind that they will not take responsibility if they misplace your package.

They do not respond to customer complaint mail. I made payment for a shipment. I have sent details, but no response. Over six weeks I still do not have an idea where my package is. No info, no response, just a long silence.

I have used Impex for several years but based on my last experience with them, I might be calling it a goodbye. From their handling of shipments to communication being very poor, it's not the same experience as before. I read a lot of negative reviews from recent years and I should have trusted those reviews
