다른 곳에서 제 H-1B 비자 트랜스퍼를 맡겼다면 전 이미 미국에 없을 지도 모르겠어요 .. 정말 이현철 변호사님과 박은성 변호사님 덕에 미국에 남게 되고, 계속해서 커리어를 쌓을 수 있게 되어 무한한 감사 드립니다.
사실 여기 리뷰 읽으러 오시는 분들 대부분 힘든 시간을 보내고 계실 것 같아요. 말로 할 수 없는 스트레스잖아요 신분 문제라는게.
그 심정을 갓 겪은 사람으로서 리뷰 남기자면, 저는 정말 스트레스 받는 와중에도 이 오피스와 제 케이스를 진행하게 된 걸 다행이라고 생각했어요.
일 처리도 정말 야무지게, 실수 하나 없이 완벽하게 해주셨지만, 그 이상으로 제가 들고 갔던 질문들 꼼꼼하게 다 대답해주시고, 소통도 말도 안되게 잘됐었어요. 분명 제 케이스 외에도 맡으신게 넘치도록 많으실텐데도 불구하고, 제가 다른 곳에서 이 케이스를 진행했으면 어땠을 지 상상이 안 갈 정도로 여기서 했음에 이 힘든 시간 버틸 수 있었던 거 같아요.
두 달도 안되는 시간 밖에 없었던 제게 어떻게 하면 비자를 살릴 수 있는 지 여러가지 해결책을 알려주셨고, 믿고 맡겼고, 결국 그 짧은 시간 안에 비자 승인까지 받아주셨습니다.

I cannot imagine what I would have done without Mr. Hyon C Lee and Mr. Eunsung Park. They were beyond amazing when it came to how they handled my case.
I bet everyone is going through somewhat similarly overwhelming situation when they are looking for an immigration attorney; we are all looking for help. Like immediate attention and assistance.
I was in a situation where I had absolutely no time to spare. I had no choice but to keep moving forward to get everything sorted out within a short time frame of about 2 months max before I flew back to my country. I had zero clue what the applicable immigration law was for my case.
I am extremely relieved to say that things worked out and I got my H-1B visa transfer approved within that 2 months I had. And it's all thanks to the wonderful attorneys here, who were always there to answer my questions, ready to hop on a call with me or others involved in light of how time-sensitive my case was. They were above and beyond when it came to providing me with updates on my case, to ensure I did not lose more sleep than I needed to. If there was good news, they would send it to you within 30 minutes of receiving that email from the USCIS. This is unheard of. I've seen so many immigration offices inadvertently leaving their clients in the dark, because they are attorneys packed with work.
These attorneys are different. Besides being Koreans who are already motivated to get things done asap, they are good at their job and very meticulous with their cases so that nothing gets in the way of their client's approval.
If I could, I would write up a whole essay to tell everyone how good they are.
If you are looking for attorneys who are engaged and responsive, at least go through the consultation with these attorneys, no matter what case you are going through and no matter what country you come from. I would recommend this office to my family and close friends (and have already been doing that).
