Can't get ahold to them and have tried on multiple occasions your best bet is to just not have kids

Don't even know where to begin with what is not right about this place. It begins with the fact you cannot even walk in this place you have to bang on the door and a security guard comes out. That should be the first clue when a security guard comes out at the child support office and then escorts anyone coming out to assist you. They are supposed to be advocates for children yet it seems the public employees are allowed to use any personal agendas to do as they please. When in court the case worker point blank lied to the judge. It seems that a lot of people in this area have the same issues with this office yet no one does anything to see that there are some much needed changes put into place. They are children advocates but that is only if it aligns with their personal feelings. This is the saddest example of children's advocacy and it really is a shame, ultimately the children lose no matter what.

Still fighting to get my case enforced. It's been years and still nothing done. They never answer any questions, only give blank statements that just keep you running in circles. Right now my case is about to be over $29,000.00 in arrears and they sit there saying they do all they can to enforce it. Worst service I have ever seen in my life.

Horrible. Nobody has a clue, they give orders to incarcerate and COST PEOPLE THEIR JOBS more than not. My father in law has lost 4 jobs because of them. I understand someone in Atlanta sued and won a sizeable judgement against them for this very cause. Maybe it's time to file a law suit

Horrible service. Just called up there and the lady that answer the phone have a nasty attitude I dont see why and how she still got her job working with the public you dont talk to people that trying to just ask question about a situation I want her name cause I'm reporting her cause you dont talk to people like that I dont care what the situation is.

asking for a court date, the staff seem NONE EDUCATED....my child deserves his payment.. the father is not paying COURT ORDERD AMOUNT<>> and HE KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THE SYSTEM...( the staff, said "what ncp does in his personal time is none of their business." PLAYING THE SYSTEM gets ncp out of his COURT ORDERD agreement..... thanks for allowing the ncp to PLAY THE SYSTEM... from the mother, LeeEllenBarker-Parkison.

Horrible service.. They treat you like you're a dead beat even if you're not the one that owes child support! They need a lesson in customer service.
