Jeremy is the best pool technician we have ever had! We have trees behind our yard and this time of year there is always leaves in the pool, but he is very patient and makes sure there’s not even one left behind! He’s also very nice to my dog! 10/10 recommend this company!

Two months ago these people installed a new filter on my pool. It started leaking three days later. Their weekly guy kept ignoring the situation. Finally he told them about it. Three days later they sent me a a quote for $174.00 to fix a problem they caused. These people should be avoided like Covid.

Our pool always looks nice and clear because our tech Jeremy takes such good care of us. He is very pleasant and willing to help if we need anything. We can always count on him to be here. Our technician is Jeremy and I can’t say enough good about him and the work he has done for us. Over this past year, I must’ve asked him 100 questions that he has provided the answers to with a great attitude and a smile. He has always greeted us by our names every time he's been out and has befriended our dog also. His work ethic is outstanding, and he is very dependable and knowledgeable about his job. I can only think of one time this past year, when the weather was extremely bad that he didn’t come out for service, but did let us know in advance, and then completed the work the day after. We feel very blessed to know Jeremy, and feel very comfortable with his presence at our home? If I were still working and not retired I would offer Jeremy a job for sure. It’s been a pleasure knowing him.

This was a terrible experience! People were nice on the phone, but didn't deliver good service. Response time was SLOW. I had to call multiple times to get information. Services and prices were not well communicated. I paid 300.00 and all they did was vacuum my pool and tell me my equipment was working. I told them I wanted the pool to sparkle again and was told they'd get it "back to blue" that didn't happen and I'm out 300.00. Potential customers BE WARE!!

Mr Germain does an amazing job working on our family pool. My children are always ready to jump in in a bright sunny day and he always has the pool clean and ready. Previous techs didn’t do a great job but he is great. If my husband has any questions he can go to him and ask him for help. If he can’t help he calls to get help for us as soon as possible. We are hoping he stays in this company as he is a funny and happy guy!
