Please do your research. Not sure how this company calls themself a family attorney?!? My experience here was anything but honest and there was ZERO integrity through my entire experience working with Gentry Law Firm. I’m honestly confused how Colleen and Bradly acquired a license to practice law. I was Bait and Switched by MULTIPLE Lawyers multiple times. They would switch me to a “new” lawyer over seeing my case and this new lawyer would then re bill 80% what I have already been billed to be “up to date” these frauds also have assigned 3 different paralegals to my case who were ALL 3 being brought up to date and billing nonsense hours. All I needed was a parenting plan and child support agreement, the parenting plan was agreed and we only went to court for financial support. I paid over 45k to this company and EVERY cent was wasted. Please re search and don’t support this scam. I do NOT recommend. Please check with other options and don’t fall for the price they quote you at the beginning. I was Quoted 7500. Ended up out 45,000, learn from my mistake. I could have honestly represented myself better.

Consumer Beware! I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the Gentry Law Firm in Marietta, GA. As a former client, I feel it's necessary to warn others about my extremely negative experience. The firm’s exorbitant fees were far from justified by the low-quality representation I received. Not only did I feel like I was overcharged for services that didn’t even remotely meet my expectations, but they also had the audacity to double-bill me for work that was never fully explained or clearly outlined.

There was also a significant lack of communication from the firm. Important information that should have been shared with me was consistently withheld, which left me in the dark about the progress of my case. I had to constantly follow up, only to receive vague responses or no response at all. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for professional services.

To make matters worse, the firm used pushy sales tactics, promising results that were never even close to being delivered. I felt misled and manipulated by their false promises, which ultimately led me to fire them. The entire experience left me frustrated, disillusioned, and feeling taken advantage of.

Additionally, the paralegal assigned to my case was incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. Instead of providing the assistance I needed, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and condescending whenever I tried to communicate. It was beyond frustrating trying to get anything done when the person supposed to be supporting the case had such a poor attitude.

This is a buyer beware statement from a previous client who had to cut ties with the Gentry Law Firm due to their subpar representation. Save yourself the headache and avoid this firm at all costs. There are far better and more trustworthy legal services available in the area.
