Careful with the drivers driver of the unit 05 almost crashes me on a left turn... I honk to make him aware his gonna hit me he speeds up goes in front of me and brakes to make us crash after this he gives me the finger...I feel fad for the people you transport.... with that kind of drivers chances are you are not safe

Left my elderly uncle at the side of the street, at 7:15AM, because the doctors office wasn't open until 7:30am. The Doctor and Nurse complained and insist I do the same, suggesting it was illegal to abandon a patient. Upon their return I asked the driver how this could happen. He didn't look me in the eyes. I figured he hadn't heard me. I asked him if he was aware and did he know which driver had left him. He immediately threatened to knock me out, cursed, was asked to leave by the staff and tried to attack me with his door.I have video footage. A DANGEROUSLY inept company with violent staff.

Well I was desperate to find a quick service but I should have read more of the past reviews. The gentleman Joe was very accommodating at first. Then the transport from hell came. The drivers were very rude and unfriendly and had not one ounce of consideration for my mother who is 101. They didn’t talk to her or explain what they were doing. They just grabbed her up bed pad sheets and all and put her on the gurney and out they went. Luckily I rode them with on an “E” ride ticket as fast as they could go, not considering us in the back shaking back and forth. Not only that but they had very heavy odor of cigarettes and that came thru the entire van that says no smoking. Obviously no concern for others breathing that 2nd hand smell.
We arrived fast, they got her in the facility and could hardly wait to get her off the stretcher and leave. I asked for a receipt for paid service. That’s been 10 days, a few phone calls and even a promise from Joe to send it to me thru the mail. Obviously no stamps or envelopes in the office. I have given them until Tuesday and now that I know he “Joe” is corporate management and he is the one also that took my experience complaint, it may be ignored. However as a paid client I am entitled to the bill of sale for service and I will call the EMT office and BBB to file my complaint. It’s the principle that matters. We all get receipts even at Jack in the Box. So my recommendation is not a good one! Read your reviews and ask around before you call Joe and Glendale “unworthy” transport.

Driver in ambulance 07, attempts to cut me off without signaling. Then goes besides me and gives me the finger. How very unprofessional when he is in the wrong. Grainy picture but have it captured on my dash cam. Clearly sticks his whole hand out of the window gives me the middle finger. This is just embarrassing.

Disappointed with the service provided, I called and spoke with management regarding the lack of service and the driver arriving and I was shocked by the feedback the manager provided me, he was very unproffessional and rude. I will never use their services and I do not recommend. The drivers are always late or won't even show up and the manager who happens to be the dispatcher and owner is very rude and careless.
