Where unable to deliver my package to university because they keep coming at 5AM (4 days in a row!) when my university mailroom is not working. Not to mention that it took longer to deliver from California to Oklahoma than from Germany. Will suggest that business to change a shipping company!

I was told I could pick up my package at this location by a fedex driver during a "failed delivery attempt." What he failed to mention is that the location (approx 30 miles from my home) would be closed by the time he made it back to the hub. Website says address is invalid to reschedule may delivery. And customer service transferred me 3x making me reverify my info each time. And each representative was more incompetent than the last!

If you care about your loved ones but not enough for them to get their package on time then Fed Ex is the right company for you.

It has taken longer to receive a package from Iowa to Tulsa than one I ordered from China. The package has been in Tulsa over a week.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the SECOND time FedEx has delivered my packages to the wrong address. They have an automated system when calling that makes you jump through too many hoops just to talk to a person. Then when you do talk to someone they just tell you to contact the seller. I don't understand how this can happen not once but now twice! I'm very frustrated and have come to realize that fedex is an untrustworthy business 😑. My address isn't hard to find a quick Google maps search will take you right to it so I don't understanding the confusion.

FedEx drivers suck. I was supposed to get a package driver did not deliver it cuz it was to heavy and there was snow in the driveway so she said no one was home. FEDEX DRIVER IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER JOB.

Literally the worst communication of any delivery service I have experienced. I hate the direct signature required service. We have a locked gate and it basically guarantees we never get our direct signature packages even if we are home because they just drive away with it without even seeing if we are home. It has lead to a headache for a package we need. Now I’m driving 45 minutes to pick it up at the ship center.
