Get ready -- you will be in for some very tough news about your rights. To say the least, the Divorce Laws in Colorado are archaic and penalize hard working spouses. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the interworkings of the courts, your rights and, although he is not a lawyer, he knows where to provide guidance on when to seek legal advice. Through this experience, he offered me reality-check that was a tough pill to swallow, but still saved my sanity and extra legal fees.

Tom literally saved my emotions and my sanity in my situation involving my former spouse and her desire to divorce. Tom is fantastic! When you are looking for mediation services things clearly aren't going super smooth, but Tom makes it smooth! He really does a great job to mediate, and allow both sides to see both sides to come to an agreeable middle ground.

Divorce is hard.
Life doesn’t stop moving though, so reasonable agreements must be made. Tom is an unbiased mediator who is able to remain neutral when tensions rise. No one really knows for sure what’s going to happen when they start this process, but his experience helps you navigate the curveballs. Tom has been doing this a long time, he can approach each party with compassion while continuing to encourage the parties to come to an equitable agreement. He also educates up front and tells you exactly what documents need to be filed and what you’ll pay.
If you have a willing spouse to mediate with, I would highly recommend his services. He answers ANY questions along the way. I hated the divorce process, but I’m glad Tom was around to help navigate the things I didn’t think I’d have to navigate.

Tom is completely biased against women. The first meeting with him he told us about his horrible ex wife, how he made sure his kids liked him more than her after divorce, and other things that were just ugly and inappropriate. It soon became clear that he was going to be on my husband's side whenever we had a disagreement. I went to 2 different lawyers on the side and presented them with our financials and information and both agreed that Tom was not being fair or honest. So we left, went with regular lawyers, and I got MUCH more than I would have if I had allowed Tom to run the show. He is incompetent and the fact that he is pretending to be an "unbiased" professional makes me feel sick inside. I am so glad I got second and third opinions!
