Esquire has always been there for me when I needed a court reporter and/or videographer. Their service is outstanding and they produce a quality result. Most impressive is their personal attention. Having Ed Sanders as my account rep is like having my own staff right there at Esquire. I have never worked with a more supportive and caring person.

Update: Raised to 3 stars. I was able to finally work with someone to resolve our issue. It only took having to deal with 3 different people. Always get an estimate before ordering! They do have a great turnaround time for the transcripts you do order though.

This is the most overpriced, unreasonable place that I have ever dealt with. Do not use them for any court reporting services, unless you have an unlimited budget. Total racket with insurance companies and their lawyers to charge outrageous prices for transcript copies to the non ordering party, for work already completed for the ordering party. You have been warned!

Attorneys should be cautious when considering Esquire. I received an invoice several months after a deposition because Esquire was sending it to the wrong address. Esquire sent the invoice to the wrong address despite the court reporter having my business card and the deposition taking place in my office. During the months that Esquire was billing the wrong address, the case settled and all funds were disbursed.

In personal injury cases, most firms are reimbursed for case expenses after a case settles. Due to Esquire's mistake, my firm was faced with asking the client to pay the belated bill (after funds were disbursed) or absorbing the expense ourselves. Why? Because Esquire refused to void the bill after I explained the situation. Of course, my firm paid the bill instead of bothering our client, but the fact remains that Esquire's mistake was avoidable and easy to remedy.

There are plenty of court reporting firms in Georgia with more integrity and better customer service. I understand that mistakes are sometimes made but I recommend you do business with a company that will admit its mistakes and do the right thing to fix any problems the mistake caused. Esquire is not that company.

This review is for Kari Chait, Client Executive who is superb and goes the extra mile to make sure every detail of the deposition is handled with expertise, follow-up and care. She answered every question and made sure that every request was met, every question answered. If I could give Kari 10 stars I would. She is simply the best and she deserves a promotion!

Received a call after hours the day before depositions advising that a court reporter was not available for depositions the following morning. We were advised that someone would return our phone call to resolve this matter but we never received a phone call. We confirmed 24 hours prior. Needless to say, no court reporter showed for the depositions. We have still yet to receive any answers as to why this happened. We will never use their services again.

Our office had a very last minute hearing that we needed a court reporter for and Tia Miller was not only super kind but she was so responsive and immediately filled our request with a court reporter. Thanks again Tia!!

Their customer service is terrible; they do NOT respond well to customer questions/requests for clarification. There are MUCH better options for court reporters in the Atlanta area. (E.g., Wheeler Reporting Co., Inc.)
