I have had the pleasure to worh with Mr. Emert and his team on several transactions and his expertise, dedication to his clients and willingness to go the extra mile has made this office my go to choice every time.
As an example, on one occasion, Steve went as far as calling the county and HOA on our behalf to explore all available options for a land lot with title issues, that should have been deemed unbuildable.
