Excellent service. Highly recommend this company and especially Serge. He was able to answer all of my questions and ease my mind about our pest issues. Serge goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He takes his time and is very thorough. You can call around and get estimates, but what really stood out for me were the Google reviews for this company and particularly Serge. And he definitely lives up to his 5 star reviews. 🙂

He didn't try to scare me or overhype the problem, but did show me exactly where the mouse came from and where it had travelled. Scheduled for next day very easily and they texted to let me know they were on the way which was well within the 1 hour window time they gave. Thank you for that.. Serge showed up and took his shoes off without me even asking. Thanks again for that. He listened to me and worked up a very reasonable quote and did a very professional job explaining things very thoroughly. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

I think it's important to note that I was offered a $10 credit to write a review the day of the service. I am writing this review 2 weeks after my service date. As someone who uses reviews to decide on businesses I will contact, I wasn't going to write one until I could be honest. Sergey, the tech that came out, was awesome (timely, professional and very understanding.) I was freaking out over what seemed to be a sudden onset of mice. I am pleased with the results of the service and feel the traps are working as Sergey explained. They also require you to commit to a 1 year contract before any service will be completed. They will check and re-bait the traps quarterly. I was hesitant, but I do see the value as there isn't a quick fix and their reputation is on the line. So far, so good. Happy with the services and I will recommend.
