I have never had a bad experience here. I always find they are incredibly polite, accommodating, and working as fast as they can. Will you have to wait a little longer sometimes? - sure, but that’s what happens when 10 people, who just got off the Metra, flock towards this place all at once at 8AM. This is hands-down one of my favorite Dunkin’s based on the employees.

It’s always clean and cozy, and it’s conveniently located near the LaSalle Metra Station. It gets crowded quickly, but the staff are great at serving everyone quickly and getting them on their way. The food and coffee are always fresh and hot; so far I haven’t had any problems at all.

Not the fastest Dunkin I've been to. There were 3-4 employees working at the time of my visit. One individual took my order, got it ready, and took my payment while the others sat in the corner listening to music. Nonetheless a great location near LaSalle st. station.

Do not buy your donuts from this place in the afternoon ... because they are delivered fresh only in the mornings. I bought 6 pieces on 26th Sep at 5pm and it went straight to garbage. When I called the location to tell them that the donuts were not fresh and tasteless, she HANGED UP ON ME. I called again and she told me the donuts are fresh and it was delivered "this morning". I asked her why she hanged up, and she said why are you calling again; do you need a refund or more donuts? I told her that I do not need any of the two and that I am calling to say the donuts were bad and should not be sold to other customers. Since I am in the neighbourhood, I will make sure none of my friends will visit this location. I will post a picture of the donuts I got from this place. my grandson (a 2 years old) took a small bite and he gave the donuts back to me saying all done, another one Grandpa.

The service here is hit or miss. Usually it's fine, but sometimes they can be a bit rude if it's early. I get that it's morning and we're all tired, but you are selling coffee, you don't have to smile to be friendly.

Nice staff and they try to be helpful. However, all the emailed and advertised specials are more expensive here than advertised! Oh, and anywhere around them! Plus when you do want you order something the machine is down! I actually left a Dunkin donuts empty handed!

Went in to order a few things using chase pay. Cashier denied me of service because she didn’t know if it was my account on my phone that I was using. She proceeded to tell me to just use my card which doesn’t need to have a pin typed in at dunkin therefore how would she know that would have been my physical card. Only reason for using chase pay was I left my wallet back home. Her logic was not reasonable
