Domestic Cleaning has been the best cleaning service we have had since purchasing our first rental house in 2002. We first signed with them in 2015 and have had no complaints about the cleanliness of the houses from our guests. Cheryl and Vic have been very responsive and I love that I can call or text Cheryl and get an immediate answer. I do highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning service.

We have been using Domestic for 3 years. They are very reliable - 100% consistent in arriving on time and have never missed a scheduled cleaning. They are also very thorough. We get great reviews from guests. If ever something is not right or not to a guest’s expectations they take action right away to correct it. They also inform us if anything has been broken or damaged at our place. Highly recommend Domestic for your own needs as a property owner or for your rentals.

We have been fortunate enough to find a cleaning company that not only does a great job cleaning our rental unit, but also understands the importance of communication and working together to create a partnership where we create a win-win. Cheryl, who I have communicated directly with over the past many years, goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled and that we know our place is taken care of and she is amazing.

Eric was the first person I called when my family became owners of a second home and in need of professional cleaning services in June 2019. While we couldn’t work together right away because my condo complex wasn’t then in his catchment area, Eric was a top notch professional, caring, personable, and provided great advice on what to look for when choosing a cleaning service company. I bought a property in HHI for a second home and for short-term rentals. I wanted to manage the property myself, however I needed a cleaning company to help with cleanings for check-outs. I stumbled on DCCI and I am SO glad I did. Admittedly, I was a bit nervous because I want everything for my renters to be perfect, but I knew immediately after talking with Eric that this was the perfect choice for me. Eric has been absolutely amazing to work with. I don't just consider DCCI a cleaning company (they do so much more), I consider them a partner. This is my first short-term rental and I have had A LOT of questions. Eric has been so patient and responsive and he and his team make managing the property fun and stress-free. It's also really nice to know that someone has my back and can help in the event of an urgent situation, especially since I am so far away in CA. I'm so grateful to Eric and his team. I couldn't manage my property without them!
