Operating as a "Third Party logistics company for UBER" There is no recourse for company driver's that show up early for an appointment time and have to wait for the onsite products to be ready for loading. As this will affect your delivery schedule be prepared to have to reschedule your delivery time. My appointment time from my information provided by the company I drive for had me scheduled to pick up the load at 01:30 am. I arrived at 12:45 am, checked in and was then informed by the receiving clerk that no, my appointment time was 10 am. So I left and found a place to park. Upon returning at 09:35 I was told that they didn't have a loading dock door available and there wasn't any ETA of when one would be available. I didn't get assigned a door until 12:35 pm and the clerk also said they didn't know when I'd be getting loaded.

We arrived early for our 1000 appointment because we had just dropped around the corner at Costco (oh how I love thee, Costco!), around 0750 on a Saturday. The check in office is neat as a pin, their bathroom is *clean*, and they even offer complimentary yogurt for drivers!

Check in was easy and we got a dock quickly. They give you a sheet of paper with info on it, which you put in the back of your trailer before you back to the dock. An employee came out to tell us their trailer grab-bars don’t all work (hence neither do the red/green lights), so he would come out to let us know he was done.

We were hoping to be loaded early, but got started at 1020, pretty much at our appointment time. Perhaps because it was Saturday, or they didn’t have a big crew working?

Unloading was done by 1040, we got paperwork and we’re good to go. Plus they have a really nice scale on the backside of the building.

Well looks like my first review was removed. So I will DO this Again. 1st time I loaded here 10 hrs in the door. 2nd experience now. 7:30 pm appt on 10/04/21 Was not in a door still by 9pm. Call told them at 10pm there time I was going to bed. Been up since 3:30am that day. It is now 7:02am local time on 10/05/21 I am in a door. Let's see how long this takes.

Parking on street.scale on site.picck up here several times .usually I show up 1 hour to 2 hour early.might get a door .will start loading about apt time.this time 2 hours early.park on street or big parking lot before gate
Go to check I. Room know your trailor number and temp
Get a door put paperwork inside the lady gives you if picking up.
Go to door back in.green light red than green go back to check in window.note traffic is one way scale on back side before exit
You may have to walk to get paperwork
Exit gate automatic sensors .the people here always nice even when I been late for aot

I personally suggest the owner ops never to come here at all coz they have no sense of shipping and receiving at all . Minimum 8-12 hours everytime .This is my second third time and its total waste of time . If you wanna spend 10 hour restart then ok . Parking outside . Very bad for family owned owner ops .

Check in 1hr before your appointment quick loading and also have a scale
Neat and clean restroom.
