Dr. Shuman is good.
The entire building is very clean and spacious.
Comforting art all over.
Front desk clerks are unfriendly.
The crisis coordinator helped me find a facility for my child, and she didn't care that it took all day. She went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough. 👏🏾👏🏾
The IC3 coordinator is amazing as well. When he says that he is going to be there for you anyway, he can; he means it; no matter what time or day. If I didn't have these two amazing people step in when they did; we wouldn't have gotten the help we needed. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I waited two hours and then the doctor went to lunch!! I asked why would he leave knowing he has people waiting they said "oh you have been here awhile he'll be right back though. He normally doesn't take that long on lunch"!!!!!!!! This was after waiting two hours! They really need to work on their scheduling. I wait two hours every time to talk to the doctor and we speak to him for 5 mins. I hate this place but currently have to come for now. I have four kids. I can't wait two hours or three! It's so inconsiderate.
I met a man in the same office who said he always waits about two hours and lives an hour away. He said he had to leave once because he had to pick his other child from school.
I wish I could give 0 stars or negative!

They saved my son! He had been to a mental hospital in Savannah, the meds he was put on there made things 10× worse. Dr. Rosemary and Mrs. Cynthia Rodgers are a Godsend. As well as all the people involved with his care. I can't thank them enough. He is now on the right medication for him, achieving his goals and about to get his GED. One year ago I never thought we would be here. Amazing people, helpful,caring and nurturing .

Got treated like a junky by my second visit. Dr Durden rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain my Multiple Sclerosis to them. So I just walked out due to the disrespect of a professional not being there. Never been so disrespected about my medical condition in a such a way by a “medical professional”

I was originally given a mild nerve pain medicine for my scoliosis and entangled nerve in my back. I was in a car accident recently which put me in more pain to the point of not being able to work. So I took more of my nerve pain medicine to help, which did indeed help. However when I ran out very early I was spoke to like an idiot on the phone by some male, telling me that's not what it was prescribed for, and there was nothing he could for refills.So I am gooig to be in extreme pain until the so called doctors appointment. Thanks alot mental health. You're about to have me crippled.

They are the WORST. The doctor I saw was to busy flirting with some girl while I waited outside his office. Then he treated my issues like a joke and told me, had we went to school together, he would have been one bullying me. I literally cried in his office and left. I missed my next appointment and have never heard from them again. Horrible horrible experience that has brought me mental trauma. So scary to know these are the people that our helping our community.

After seeing therapist who actually knows my conditions she left for better opportunities. So pushed me onto therapist who had no clue about treating my conditions. Witch she lied to me. She was warned by the great therapist things that send me into an emotional shock. Guess she wasn’t listening and did it on first visit and again on second visit. Then therapist and her boss either acted or actually had no clue what an Emotional Shock is, guess they couldn’t google it. Witch with all these mass shootings many of them are caused by an emotional shock if it causes anger, revenge or others but mine is just emotional. So places like this is a major cause for mass shootings. Who shouldn’t be treating elements that can have emotional shocks but of cause they do treat it without knowing the harm they are causing and the dangers they are putting out there. But after a bit they refused to take my calls phone just rings I leave messages to call me back and never get a call back. I emailed a higher up that same person who’s treated me badly and kept making emotional shock worse called me back saying I emailed her. Witch another lie of so many lies. Telling me they are canceling my service. Witch made my emotional shock worse because the doctor was a good one. But places like this is the ones who make mass shooters and don’t even care that they are putting lives at risk. If a therapist is treating something they don’t know there’s 2 options 1 they don’t treat it. 2 they listen to the one who tells them about it and research is it. Not knowing what one is treating is the second reason for mass shootings. If you have ADHD or PTSD I warn everyone this place will harm you.

I did a walk in evaluation. I had my records from my previous counseling service faxed the day before and no one could find them. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with the doctor over a webcam. Without my records it was a cold evaluation that was completely off base after giving me some attitude about a few things. The eval took about 10 minutes which is unheard of without looking at my prior medical records that were faxed the day before. I'm not happy with how all this was handled. Hopefully I can change doctors and get a real one.
