We had a court ordered mediation and Brad and Coldiron Mediation group was who helped us out , from the first time I spoke with Brad and had to reschedule which he made that super easy, to the actual mediation, Brad was kind , extremely helpful, listened to what my needs were and worked hard as to get me to the goal I needed to take care of my issue, I would highly recommend Brad and this company and use them if in the future I need his services, VERY POLITE, VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Brad went above and beyond to set me up for success and not failure!!!!

This isn’t a great mediator to use for any of your legal needs. I highly suggest using a ODR mediation service instead. Brad is very rude and unprofessional and failed to communicate with a lack of impartiality or fairness. See the photos attached. The court ordered him to reach out and set a time to meet. His company never did and just contacted me telling me a date of mediation. I then followed up in writing as suggested and proposed a new date. Brad emailed me 5 days later on a Friday when I could no longer make adjustments for work and asked to meet on the following Monday. He then calls me on Monday and asks me why I hadn’t called in for the mediation and I explained to him I hadn’t confirmed because he emailed me too late and it didn’t work for my work schedule. He proceeds then to belittle me verbally with me being in contempt of court and that if I didn’t show up within 2 hours even though I never confirmed that Monday would work.

As someone doing mediation for the first time, I was curious as to how this experience would go. After meeting with Brad for the first time, he provided some general information, but barely let me get a word in or ask questions, it was like he already had a plan in place. Once we had settled, he let me know that I could contact him for anything, even after the case, because I had paid for the service. A couple weeks later, I had a few questions about the case, so I emailed him. He NEVER replied. It took another couple of emails for him to send me a generic response that was quite unfriendly. If you are going through mediation for the first time and looking for someone to guide you and stay true to their word, go with another company because Brad was truly disappointing.
