We recently stayed at a condo in Hilton Head, and upon arrival our whole group was completely impressed with how clean this rental was. Such attention to small details! It wasn’t just clean on the surface, but in all the nooks and crannies also! Would highly recommend this cleaning company.

The cleaning company at first seemed very professional and on top of it. I was promised they could do small tasks like refill k cups and snacks, check inventory, and handle urgent and emergency situations within an hour, but this didn't prove to be true. There was an incident in which the cleaning company didn't leave the correct number of towel sets and instead of being able to drop them off the night of, they suggested the guest either wash a set themselves or go to another unit they cleaned and take a set. Very unprofessional! The guest didn't end up receiving the set until two days later after a member of staff dropped them off the next morning at the wrong unit. Mistakes happen, but the contact for the company was very difficult to reach as she was on vacation and there was no one else to contact, which is also very unprofessional. I was also promised that the company would utilize my sheets, towels, and paper products. I can't be sure, but it seemed very apparent when my new cleaner came that none of my things had been used. The owners closet was full of the paper products. Also, when I let the company owner know we were going forward with another cleaning company, she told me the staff member would get all of my items out of the warehouse and they would strip their items, which I assumed would just be the mop since they were supposed to be using my items. However, my new cleaner couldn't find a single towel towel set (I had 12 sets) or sheet set (1 had 8 sheet sets), and we were also missing a quilt and comforter set. I originally did tell the cleaning company I would pay the last invoice after my things were returned, but was told by the owner 'we don't do business like that' and they refused to return my items. The invoice was paid and still no items have been returned. The last issue is that I had thought my condo would look fairly close to the pictures as the cleaners saw it set up originally and I assumed it would be cleaned and organized somewhat. I was also promised that the patio would always be cleaned during each clean. However, when the new cleaner went in and took pictures of how it was after the last clean of CPC, I was shocked at the state. I'm adding pictures of what it looked like after the last clean and videos of what it is supposed to look like for comparison. I would truly not recommend this cleaner. Although we were typically told by guests that the unit was very clean, these pictures have me wondering how long until we received a bad review, and for a short term rental host, one bad review can end your business. This company, at least in my experience, had poor communication, poor skills with handling emergency/urgent situations, and lied about the services provided from the start. I am posting this because the 5 star reviews are misleading and to hopefully help another STR owner avoid this unfortunate experience.

Coastal Premier Cleaning cleaned a rental unit that I stayed at in Hilton Head, SC. The place was spotless when we arrived and had clearly been well maintained by them over the years.

They even went above and beyond for us: my 7 year old left a stuffed animal in the unit and when we asked they located it, set it aside, and mailed it back to us no charge. So appreciated!

Not only was the rental property we stayed at spotless but the cleaning team at Coastal Premier Cleaning went above and beyond by finding and returning some valuable items I accidentally left behind. This cleaning company is wonderful. They cleaned a condo that I recently rented through air bnb. I had left my purse behind and they shipped it to me. Trustworthy, dependable. Excellent communication with me and owner of the condo.

My best friend and I stayed at a condo in Hilton Head for our annual girls trip & I unfortunately left clothing items behind. Nicole & her team are the cleaning service used by the condo owner and she was so helpful & responsive to inquires so that I could pick up my items. It was such a relief to know trustworthy individuals held onto my things and took care of them until I could pick them up. I so appreciate their help & the condo was very clean and tidy as well. I'd recommend them to anyone needing professional cleaning services. Keep up the awesome work!

This team is reliable and excellent at what they do. We have never had a missed cleaning at our short term rental in Hilton head. We have never had a complaint about cleanliness of our unit. It always looks beautiful when they are done we highly recommend them.

Upon entering the facility for the first time we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness of the rental.
The additional attention to details, such as, the extra thoughtfulness given to stocking extra toiletries, fresh smelling towels and spotless bathrooms did not go unnoticed.
