Let me start by saying that I have been patient, not called all the time. I thought that going through child support enforcement that they would do just that , enforce that it's PAID!!!! They are harder on the cp than the ncp. Ncp hasn't paid but 20$ a whopping 20$ in four years!!! Thousands and thousands behind!!! They suspended his license and held a non-payment contempt hearing he didn't even show up for and all the judge did was tack on another 24$ a month arrears for a order he isn't paying on to start with!!!! Oh yeah that should teach him ! The caseworker repeatedly told me " we can't get blood from a turnip" well I have to every single day and I have no choice but to do so . They have not arrested, issued a warrant or enforced anything what so ever. What exactly is the point in this joke of a establishment? If I failed to provide for their needs or get blood from a turnip, I would be incarcerated criminally. Ncp fails to ever comply and they suspend his license. They are rude to cp when you call for information or express frustration. No one is fighting for my children and the financial support owed to them and the relief and help I need to give them the best I possibly can. There has to be another way other than this incompetent agency.

Just love walking in and those ladies just assume I'm a deadbeat dad and are so rude. They don't really answer any questions efficiently and act like I'm stupid. Really wish they would do their jobs some dads don't mind paying child support and actually want to do the right thing by their children.

My ex husband's support gets garnished from his checks bi-weekly, it goes straight to the child support recovery office, but do i get any? NO. This place is stealing people's money, every single time i go up there poking around for answers, i get a payment THE VERY NEXT DAY! Highly suspicious! BEWARE of this office and system, there's something illegal going on here 🙁
