Worst customer service ever. The positive reviews must be their relatives or employees. They are hardly ever on time. The drivers are ok but their dispatcher is the most rude and unprofessional ever. He hangs up on customers without even listening to them. He should be getting minus 100 and sent back to primary school to learn some civil manners. How do they stay in business, that is a big question? They should be reported to consumer affairs or an entity that can investigate and fine them. It is so sad that they are in healthcare business yet so rude and unprofessional. That dispatcher should be fired for his rude conduct! They don't deserve even minus any stars let alone one!

I would give them zero stars if I could! My dad has to go for his chemo sessions every other week. He can't walk so we need to arrange transportation with stairlift. We call a week ahead of time, they tell us sure we'll be there. On the day of the appointment we get text confirmations saying the driver is on his way but at the end no one shows up! We call, no one picks up and their mailbox is always full. They should not be in business if they can't manage simple tasks. It's just taking someone from one place to another. How hard could it be. If you can't do it, don't commit to it. You're in the wrong business. The last thing a terminally ill patient needs is to miss their vital chemotherapy session and to be stressed out..
This is not the first time. It has happened a couple of times. I'll be looking into alternate solutions.

Unreliable. Never within the 30min window of time that they set up. You will be late to EVERY appointment. Sometimes they don't even send the ride schedule to the pick-up driver until well after the pickup window has passed. Then the driver has to deal with the stressed and angry patient, who is worried about missing their appointment, even though the driver may have had no control over the situation. Once the pickup time has come and gone, if you call the company wondering where your ride is, they will almost ALWAYS tell you that the driver is 15 min away, though that is almost NEVER true. I have had them tell me the driver was 15min away every 15min for a full 90 min after the pickup window had passed (while I waited outside in the rain for 90 min perpetually believing my ride would be there in 15min). I have even has the driver arrive to pick me up AT the time of my dr appointment instead of at the pickup time, so that it was impossible to make it to the appointment. They need to fix their system: Hire more drivers to accommodate the number of rides they are scheduling, as it is usually more than a driver can reasonable execute in a timely manner. Allow extra time for all the inevitable delays. Stop lying to the patient and stop being rude on the phone when they call to ask about their ride. Stop sending rides to the drivers when it is already too late to make their pickup time.

My family had a great experience with this company. We needed our father transferred from the hospital to our home and Vatche and Vache showed up early and were very gentle with our father. They accommodated us last minute and gave us the best rate. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Had an awful experience with this company who was hired by the hospital to arrange transportation of my fiance's grandfather to a hospice facility.

What should have taken an hour took 6 hours.

The driver arrived to the hospital at 5:30 for a pickup scheduled for 4:00. He pulled up to the wrong entrance and was told by a nurse to go to a different entrance. Somehow it took him two hours to find that entrance, because he didn't make an appearance at the hospital room until 7:30. After he aimlessly wandered the hospital hallway for a while (without any communication to literally anyone) it was discovered that he arrived without the proper equipment. He said he was going to get the correct equipment - but in reality he went back to his vehicle, mindlessly circled the parking lot, and then drove away without returning.
This type of service especially in an end of life care situation is unbelievable. Don't hire these people.

The most horrible company I have ever came across. The transportation van was filthy with animal hair. My scheduled appointment 4 pick up was 730 to 745. They arrived at 0852 in a nasty van with animal hair all in the van and the smell All I can say is My GOD. Truly inhumane. This company needs to be shut down. To makes matter worse my caregiver is allergic to animal hair. Now she is sitting up here itching and just had to her epi pen. My daughter is getting ready to take her to the ER. Please keep us in Prayer and close down Chariot Transportation piece of Company.

This service is horrible they hire inexperienced and unprofessional drivers . There are only about 1/4 of the workers that are good and know how to do the job right. And the rest are stupid and and to make it even worse you can't communicate with them cause they don't speak English. As hard as it sounds for a medical services they should at least know the basic English to communicate. Unfortunately there's no other service locally so I can't switch. But for those that can choose I recommend to pick a different company if you can. Save yourself the headaches.
