Staff is always helpful. Everyone at the front desk does a great job. From the time I get in until I see the doctor everything is professional. Getting my vitals check- Awesome people. Making appointments Awesome. Doctors are great. Place is always clean. One of the best doctors appointments ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been dealing with allergies forever, and Dr. Kochin actually took the time to figure out what was going on instead of just handing me meds. She made the whole process super easy and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Front desk was on point, and remote check-in saved me time, office was clean and organized.

After a 2-hour chaotic wait at the reception, I met with a technician who spent a whole of 5 minutes on my echocardiogram (it was not meant to be that short). Every instance when I answered her questions on the reason for my visit, she interrupted me to rail on about “kids these days” overreacting and worrying too much. When asked whether I had anxiety, I said “occasionally, I guess” — to which she curtly replied “you’re in your 20s, you have nothing to be anxious about.” Probably something you shouldn’t say when you have no idea what’s going on in your patient’s life. Overall, very dismissive and rude treatment. Meanwhile, the doctor himself spent more time talking about his earlier career than about my health. I give this place two stars because the billing department was actually helpful. But certainly never coming back.

Dr. Kochin is outstanding, her bedside manner instantly put me at ease during my appointment. The front desk team was friendly and the remote check-in made everything so simple. The office is incredibly clean and well-organized, thye work hard to create comfortable and stress-free environment. It's not easy finding a medical center where everyone from the doctors to the staff is so professional and caring.
