I have not been here as a patient, but I have been working here as a provider since June, 2024 and I have a lot of positive things to say about this clinic.

We have great Medical Assistants who are fast and efficient, kind and caring. We are able to draw your blood in office so you don't have to go to an outside lab and sit in a packed lobby for a long wait. We have an X-ray machine, which can also save visits to outside places when needed. We have 30 min and longer scheduled visits with patient's, so we are able to sit down and actually listen and try to get to the bottom of your concerns. We are not rushing in and out in 3 minutes, not listening to the patient.

We also have a whole team of people from our front desk staff, to our referral specialist, to our leadership, and more who are dedicated, caring, genuinely kind and hard working members of this team. NO PLACE IS PERFECT. We all know that our medical system in the USA has MANY challenges. But, I can attest to the fact that in this clinic we care and are doing our very best to provide the best possible care to our patients.

I think google reviews are interesting in that many people only take the time to write them when they are upset about something. I wish more people would write reviews about their positive experiences so that someone trying to make a decision about what services to choose would have a clearer, and more realistic picture of what MOST people's experiences with the service are.

This is a beautiful, contemporary facility, which has graciously allowed meeting space for the Big Bend Mental Health Association for the last six months. We look forward to a continued relationship.

I give 5 stars because it's a great facility.
However, I've been a patient/ client of Care point for yrs. As many know they offer many service under the same roof. I lost my PCP due to miscommunication. I feel if the director would have sat down with the doctor and the nurse and I that she'd see I only followed the suggestion. I have spoken to the nurse and she says she did tell the doctor and director that she suggested I go and reschedule for follow up. Dr. Weaver is a great medical doctor. It's unfair to me that she isn't my PCP anymore. Im suffering without Dr. Weaver cause I'm not receiving the proper care and procedure from other doctor☹️.

I downloaded the patient portal thing and I have not got my test results to see if I about my STD my cholesterol and other test I’m gonna call my attorney’s office or somebody better help me because I’m switching doctors offices

Today is Thursday 03/13/2025. It is 8:18am. I am calling and getting a message that the office is closed and to call back during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.🤔

After 4 years of their sufficient not efficient services, I would rate them a zero if the algorithm would allow it. I guess I was never the right color person to go there. Sad to say.

This use to be a great clinic to get help. Now they have started charging people who are uninsured. That was the main reason I was coming here. I am not insured. I can't afford insurance. Now I'm not sure what's going to happen? Y'all have now pushed me off to Bond, and I'm going to have to restart this whole process over again. Thank you for nothing.
