WORST "CLINIC" EVER!! STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY MAKE PERSONAL PHONE CALLS, PEOPLE COME BEHIND COUNTER AND VISIT, SIT AND THEY EAT THE WEIGHT LOSS FOOD. ALWAYS EATING. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER TO STOP EATING BEFORE SHE WILL HELP YOU. STAFF (LADY WITH BLACK HAIR AT FRONT DESK) CURSES, YELLS. SHE HANGS UP ON PEOPLE THAT CALLS. SHE TALKS ABOUT PATIENTS AFTER THEY LEAVE SAYING STUFF ABOUT THERE PRIVATE HEALTH SITUATIONS. AND THE WHOLE WAITING ROOM CAN HEAR. IGNORES YOU WHEN YOU COME TO THE COUNTER. WAIT TIME IS UNREAL. HOURS!! THERE IS NO CODE OF CONDUCT THAT APPLIES TO THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! I'M GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Order a taxi the drive text me then call his office and cancel it. That morning I call got another one. He took me out was going to bring me back he took of. Now I have to pay a friend to come get me. It's cost me money this is not far

This health care is absolutely horrible!! There's a lump in my breast..made an appt.almost 11/2 months..are you serious.. Then i hurt my ankle back in April. I think I might have a hair line fracture..but I need this mammagram. So after I dofinally get a referral for the mammagram I can make an appointment for my ankle. And that will be one month and two week.. And it's a phone appt. Not a dr. Appt. i give up with these people.

Really like my doctor, and location, admin staff are good at their jobs and nice on the phone, problem is you receive no medical care actually, just admin and blood tests, I've had meds thrown at me , that's it?
Hum well I'm sure the fortune 500 centre corporation is making bank. In the meantime providing very very little care. GOOD FOR YOU

If I could give you 0 stars I would. How convenient ModivCare Planned Transportatipn isnt somewhere on google where I can leave a bad review.
I have a baby and they put me with a woman who is a horrible driver. I actually screamed during the trip several times as she almost rear ended people on many occasions. Due to this happening I deal with calling their horrible company several times before my daughters appts to make sure I dont get put with said woman... I got put with her again. After I made a complaint. after I specifically said I refuse to go with her because it isnt safe for my child.... they always say they will transfer me to a manager. They never do. How convenient they dont have a number for me to call and they always hang up on me.

This is the worst insirance i had ever had it only covers for my eye , dentist and physical care. I have braces on and no ortho would take my insurance. I havent had any issue woth my other insurance until this one i dont know how but i wamma change my insurance.

This has to be one of the most inept health insurance companies on the planet. It's obvious that their Call Center Reps receive no formal training and are simply thrown into their position to either swim or sink. The company is also closed on weekends and holidays. This year, the 4th of July fell on a Thursday. They closed early on Wednesday and stayed closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They simply don't care about the patients needs and understand the complications associated with abruptly having to stop taking a medication. The first time I ended up in the hospital going through what I can only describe as some type of withdrawal scenario. Currently, I'm trying to get them to understand that I am taking 2 different forms of the same medication. One is ER and the other is non ER. Despite this being clearly written on the script they have combined both scripts and let me know that my refill date is 3 weeks beyond what it should be.
